"Are you okay?" They ask,

"I'm fine." She lies.

But they never took the time,

To look in her eyes.

One word replaying in her mind,

Wishing she could hide.

Nothing can stop her,

From dreaming of suicide.

She never goes through,

Her attempts always fail.

She just wants to be free,

From this world like a jail.

She enters her mind,

Closes her eyes.

They check her wrists,

But never her thighs.

Her blades like a friend,

She never wants to lose.

Blood dripping down her legs,

Her love is her muse.

Painting a picture,

Of happiness and love.

Soon she starts to fly,

With wings like a dove.
