Some say it's easy,

Getting over an addiction.

The hardest parts the relapse.

When you're chest hurts,

Your body itches,

And you can't get it out of your mind.

You wish for the feeling of,

Cold metal on your wrists,

And warm blood running down your skin.

When you're addicted to the pain,

That you cause upon yourself.

It's pretty hard to stay sane.

You stay clean for a while,

Days, weeks, months, years,

But the urge always takes over.

And.
You.
Cut.
Again.
And.
Again.
Until.
You.
Fade.
Away..
