Alasdair Maven Wolfe

"Well...well–You killed me! So...so I think we're even here!"

I asked, "What's that guy's name again?" pointing to the guy by Octavia with dark skin. Octavia answered, "Lincoln." Right, I nodded and continued walking, stumbling as my sleep-deprived body continued walking. I asked, "Do I really have to be here?"

Clarke stated, "Yes!" as I stumbled over a tree root and almost face planted. Luckily, Roxi caught me by the waist. She muttered, "Idiot," as she forced me to stand upright. Then she turned around and crouched down, "Get on. I'll give you a piggy-back ride." Nice!

I jumped onto Roxi's back, wrapping my legs around her waist and I wrapped arms around her chest as she held onto my thighs. I held onto my left hand with my right hand as Roxi began walking.I closed my eyes and laid my head on Roxi's right shoulder.

After a while, Roxi stated, "Off," letting go of my thighs. I let go of my hands at the same time I unwrapped my legs from her waist. I dropped to the ground, luckily landing on my feet. I stood up straight and stood by Roxi.

Finn ran over to us almost immediately, and he grabbed Clarke's hand, raising it when Lincoln shot her a stiff look. What was that about? His eyes flashed in my direction and recognition was easy to see in them.

Oh...I know why. I'm the girl who climbed up the latter and called Bellamy—the guy who was torturing Lincoln—an idiot. I really hope that's enough to be on his good side

I heard the clopping sound of something hitting the bridge and despite the riders on their backs, I grinned at the sight of the huge horses varying in coat colours. I've only heard about horses from Nate. They're actually real and more beautiful than anything I could've ever imagined.

They're gorgeous, super-tall, and most of them have pitch black manes that blend in with almost identical bodies. And the best part–they aren't mutated! Roxi grabbed my arm in an attempt to hold me back from running over to the horses.

Okay, they're forgiven. I was bouncing up and down on my heels, ready to go over to the horses. Clarke exclaimed, "Oh my god! Horses!" I nodded, "I know." We began walking towards the centre of the bridge and I was still bouncing on my heels.

I want to pet the horses. A woman on a tall white and brown horse was waiting for us and I looked at her features. She has long auburn hair and a cold face marked with patterns. Beside her, was a girl on a huge black horse.

They brought the girl who beat me up?! I think after taking in the girl's features. This might make things ten times harder! The girl gave me a devilish grin, her features light while her hair was short and dark.

I managed to not say anything and just give her a sarcastic smile in return as I barely held myself back from flipping her off. Why does my attacker have to be such a hot girl?

Finn demanded, "Hey, we said no weapons!" as he came up behind us and pointed accusingly at the Grounder comrades. Oh, shit. I looked at them, they were all armed, either with spears or a sword. I winced subconsciously and Lincoln stated, "I was told there wouldn't be."

It was the first time I've heard him speak and his voice is a lot higher in pitch than I expected. I muttered, "Too late for that," as I curled my toes in my left boot, feeling the small blade underneath my sock-covered foot. Out of sight, out of mind
