The Leaf Falls From The Tree

We leave off with months after the grand battle, with Treyku and Fria sparing and the other watching and some others dueling as well

"Hya!" I hit Fria off of her pegasus, as she slashes my back causing my flaming wings to dismantle.

"Got you." Fria takes a short breath as she hits me down with a single thrust with her lance.

I take a stance back, but am left with dust gusting up, as I feel the tip of her lance at my neck. "Dang it ugh, I swore I got you this time."

"You almost got me, but I got use to your magic and read your moves, you are quite predictable when you think about it." Fria says with a more laid back tone rather than her usual harsh tone

"Too much work, I fight in the moment." I laugh, as I get up putting my sword away.

"And that is it, good job everyone!." Ester says with a hardy cheer, as Melody and Kasey giving a good cheer. 

"Damn, you got a bit stronger, but still getting tossed around by her." Pele is laughing a bit, as Vera is reading her book. 

"Not enough it seems." I sigh sitting down taking a bite of one of my cookies and some water. 

"See? I told you Treyku, you can keep getting stronger. Never think you can stop growing." Ester says giving me a faint hug, as she hops on her chair. 

"Ready to finish this battle too blacksmith?" Amerlix grabs Hunter by his hair and slams him into the ground.

"You are still such a pain to fight." Hunter glows a bit as Amerlix falls down with blood gushing out of him falling down to the ground.

"Guh! Damn why does every battle end the same?!" Amerlix coughs out blood sitting up a bit.

"You are just like Treyku, but dumber and a one-tracked mind." Hunter helps Amerlix up, as Amerlix goes and lays on the grass upset.

"Outstanding work Hunter." Ester claps.

"Aren't you going to fight Ester, it's been a month since you fought?" I ask Ester, as everyone glances as her.

"Well I would, but I have just been studying more I and resting, seems my energy has been a bit off." Ester laughs it off a bit, but the laugh is a obvious fake. 

"Ester, you  can tell us what's up." I says standing up stretching. 

"Well...I was just surprised how much everyone has grown, everyone here has got stronger even if it's a small bit, we all grown so much." Ester says smiling. "I was just thinking how I think it is time for me to get going back to my world."

Everyone goes silent for a bit. "Well I guess you are right, its been nearly two years since we met Ester. Everyone here has been here for almost six months."

"What will happen when we do return? Do we go back to how we were?" Fria asks giving a stern look.

"Yes and no. Everyone will keep their new found strengths and knowledge, but it will only be a week in everyone's world." Ester takes a sip of her tea.

"Only a week?" Beast Killer asks a bit interested leaning on a tree.  

"Only a week, it may be weird for a while once you return, but you will see some changes in your strength. It is up to all of you how you decide to tell the people of your world of what has happened." Ester says sighing a bit. 

Me and Pele look at one another with a faint sigh, but smile a bit. "I know this would eventually happen, but still never ceases to get me." I look around at everyone.

"Well it has been a while since we have been home, we all would be lying if we all weren't a little homesick." Mint says trying to lighten the mood. 

"You're right, we do have people in our world waiting for us." Kasey says thinking a thought.
