Fated Arrival?

We start a month into adventuring with Pele and Treyku finishing their last expedition today for an obscure town

"If I had to do this again, I would be PISSED." Pele laughs, as she throws the bandit at the police station. 

"This man has had a bounty on him for a year now, how did you find him?" The Chief  asked.

"Not too hard, I could kind of track his whereabouts, though sad he didn't put much of a fight out." I said sighing a bit. 

"Here is the reward as promised: $1.5 Million Dollars." The Chief hands us the money, as the station bows. 

"We made a damn three months salary holy shit Treyku!" Pele shouts.

"Thank you officers, we will be on our way. I say bowing with Pele as we walk outside. How about we go eat at that diner?"

"Sure, damn deserved." Pele and I storm over to the diner near immediately and begin ordering lots of food.

"Hey Pele." I say finishing my 29th plate of food.

"Yeah..." Pele is rubbing her stomach from eating a lot.

"I think we should do some training, heavy training. We aren't getting stronger, only by money we are. I think me and you need to do very intense training." I say looking at Pele, as she is already staring at me.

"You and I slightly are off scale power wise, you still are stronger than me by a lot. Now Treyku, we both know what must be done to reach that goal, and I am somewhat feeling the same." Pele says with a more serious tone in her voice. 

"I think if you return to the village and begin healing your self so you can fully train, I think that would be amazing. As for me, I think I have my methods and old friends. I think we both could use a break from each other you know?" I say smiling a bit, as the waitress takes our plates away.

"So how long do you want this training to be, or more as in, to get to where you are thinking about?" Pele stops.

"Five years." I stop and look at Pele.

Pele pauses for a second and stares blankly then laughs "Heh....you know, alright. Five years, we will meet back at Tao's alright? I got to go talk with Vera and Zenouvia anyways." Pele stands up.

I stand up as well and hug Pele "I got to talk to Amaryllis and some others before going, I'll try to keep in touch when I can alright?" I say pulling from the hug.

"Damn right you better be. Get stronger for me and everyone else alright? Ester and the others wouldn't want to see you slacking." Pele grins before walking out of the diner.

I follow behind, as the door shuts. Pele is off in the distance, as the rain begins to fall heavily. I sit on the bench outside the diner and look up into the cloudy sky. "I guess this will be the biggest adventure yet huh?" I smile a bit, as I sit in the rain a bit longer before heading to Amaryllis's place.

About two hours of walking, I knock on her place, as Zengorou opens the door. 

"You are soaked, what is the deal?" Zengorou hurries me inside, as he shuts the door. 

"I don't know, maybe it is all that has happened lately." I say sitting down, as Amaryllis walks down the stairs then begins running down upon seeing me. 

"Treyku? What is wrong?!" Amaryllis says handing me a towel and taking off my coat.

"I want to rest some more before I head back out to training." I say, pulling out a tee shirt and some clothes from my bag. "Can I stay here for the night?" I ask.
