Fated Arrival?

Ester had fell asleep reading all night about trees rather than her book about Dahlias. She had just finished helping building the tree house with her father and was burnt out. She had just began to wake up and look around her room

Oh, I look around my room to see all my books scattered everywhere along with my clothes. I did mess my room up quite a bit looking for something, I laughed a bit. 

"Ester, dear, breakfast is ready." Mom said knocking on my door. 

Oh my uh sorry Mom I'll be there in a second, I said scurrying to throw on a pair of pants and going down stairs to the table to see my other 5 siblings stuffing their mouth. I sit down and fix a plate of pancakes and pour a glass of orange juice. 

"Did you sleep well? I heard a loud thud last night?" Dad asks me washing the dishes. 

That was just the bookshelf no need to worry, I say swaying my head lowly. 

"Always tripping over something." Dad laughs, as I chug my glass of orange juice and put my dishes up. "In a rush?" he asks.

No I just wanted to clean up, so you can walk them to the airport, because I have to get something in town, I say scrubbing my plate really quick. 

"Always rushing things, but I was the same." Dad laughed as he patted my back while opening the door. "Come on you all, were off back to home!" Dad said as he raises a flag we all made, jokingly of course. 

Everyone ran off excited, as I waved. "Have a good day Ester." Mom says as she walks out following them with a slight limp. 

I need to go get some medical herbs to send to Mother today. Ester said putting on her hat as she locked the door.  I strapped my bag on and headed to town. The town was small, real small and not a lot of people really here since were kind of in the mountainside. I skipped humming my little song I made while gardening last week as I entered town. I opened the door to the herb store and got her usual medicine then headed to the bakery and got a fresh pastry. My face lit up eating the pastry. So good, thank you Mam! I said to the lady who handed me the pastry, as I ran out the bakery spinning around. There were not many people out today because school started back today, but thankfully I graduated last year. I then adjusted my bag and headed through the park on my daily walk. There were swings and slides for everyone and benches and water fountains, all lively things. I couldn't help but smile looking at it all. I walked down my normal path in the woods and went on a hike on a small mountain where my hideout was. It was a little building where I found rare flowers and kept them hidden in there. This flower came all the way from Germany, I said out loud looking at the twenty-six flowers I had here. I locked the building I had made and kept walking on the trail, until I saw a glowing rock in the distance. I headed towards the rock to see a open field with some surrounding trees. I knelt down to the rock to see it glowing heavily. I reached my handout to touch the rock, as the rock shot me back into a tree. Before passing out, I saw a man emerge from the rock as if he was summoned.

"Treyku Treyku! Look!" Dahlia, my younger sister was pointing at a thorn bush

Yeah? I shrugged laughing a bit

"Help me get the rose." Dahlia said poking her thumb trying to get it. 

You notice the weirdest thing huh? I say reaching my hands through the thorns and picking the rose handing it to her.

"This is our last break huh?" Dahlia said looking down smiling at the rose i got for her

Cheer up okay? Not like you won't see me again silly, plus you got high school to look forward to, I said patting her head.
