: an intense and usually passing infatuation

...time check everyone; it's 10:30 p.m. once again and as much as I want to prolong my stay with you all, I have to go. It's been a nice night, hope you guys had fun listening. Good night everyone! This has been your favorite DJ, DJ Fluke, who gives you advice in life and love, signing off. 'Till tomorrow then. Have a good night's sleep! <beep>

Another night full of stories had passed. Fluke removed his headset and rested comfortably on his seat with a smile on his face. Ever since he accepted the job as a radio DJ, he had felt happiness, not only because he loved hearing people's stories, but he also liked giving advice. He loved turning sad stories into happy ones. Happy people make him happy, too.

After a few minutes of sitting down, he stood up and took his bag from the desk at the corner, ready to head home, and prepare for the next day.

Ohm turned the radio off after hearing the DJ's last line. This had been his routine every night. He loved hearing his voice. His night wouldn't be complete without the DJ's soothing voice. As he turned off his car's engine, he just sat there for a while with a smile.

It had been almost a year now since he encountered his program. He found it nice to hear his beautiful and soothing voice. Like music to his ears, he found himself listening to him every day.

"Bye, guys!" Fluke greeted the radio staff and headed to the door.

"Fluke, we have a meeting tomorrow before the program starts, okay?" the radio producer, Mix, told him before he could reach the door.

"Oh, what time will it start?"

"Maybe two hours before you air. We'll send you a message tomorrow. Why? Any appointments?"

"Uh, no. Not really. I'm just planning to do some school stuff, I just need to finish some things. There will be a big event coming in a few weeks." he explained. "But I think I'll just do it later. I'll just have dinner here. Will there be free meals?" he said laughing.

"Oh! You and your ways to save money. You always want to have free meals."

"Of course! I have to save money, you know?" he said with a wink then opened the door.

"Hmph! That's why you're getting richer. You always want treats. Go ahead! Take care!"

"Phi Ohm!" he heard someone yell from the outside followed by knocks on the window. It was his sister Olivia.
