The first ever Miami Grand Prix is an event that most celebrities will be attending.

The competition is close between Charles and Ace with only a five point difference between the two drivers. Ferrari was still in the lead but because of the DNF from Carlos last week, this gave Mercedes the opportunity to climb the points and close the gap. Despite it only being the fifth race of the season, tension is high between both teams as predictions for the championship are being made so early in the year.

There were a lot of activities planned out for the week leading to the grand prix. From what I've heard, people have been arriving since Tuesday to explore the new track. Daniel and Heidi arrived in L.A. last Monday to give them enough time and also since Daniel had a few media interviews to attend. It wasn't new information that the Aussie was fond of the United States and he used this opportunity to go around and visit Hollywood, even opting for one of those bus tours. They stayed over at my house and I gave them the remaining two days before we left for Miami to freely explore the city while I dealt with some stuff for work. On their last day, I didn't break my promise and brought the couple to a movie set and the smile on Daniel's face was definitely one to remember.

We flew to Miami with Elliana on Wednesday, giving Daniel enough time to prepare for the media day on Thursday. Elliana and I were participating in some of the activities as well, including Milo. After the race weekend, I was bringing them and some of the drivers back to Los Angeles before we headed to the valley for Coachella. Aside from Daniel, Lando was bringing his girlfriend Luisa as well. The other people who'd be coming with were Alex, Lily, Carlos, Isa, Charles, Pierre, and Yuki. They had already planned it before we became friends and Pierre reassured me that the weekend would still be fun and hopefully free of any drama.

Charles and I haven't talked since Imola. I didn't share the short conversation I had with Chiara because I didn't think it was relevant for me to talk to him. I haven't even seen him in Miami yet since we arrived so color me surprised when I saw his name on my schedule for Friday.

13:00 - 13:45 – Formula One Pirelli Hot Laps with Charles Leclerc

I sent a message to Olivia with a photo of the time sheet and she only sent me a thumbs up emoji. Groaning, I began preparing for the day, not knowing what's going to happen later. Elliana and I were attending a lunch at the Paddock Club which wasn't a good idea considering I'll be riding a car going more than two hundred miles per hour afterwards. Already expecting the heat outside, I wore a white sleeveless top and red plaid high waist jeans, pairing it with my cream hightop Converse.

"Why do you look like that?" Elliana asked when she saw my face as we met up at the circuit. She arrived here earlier to hang out a bit with Luisa and Lily, taking advantage of seeing the McLaren garage.

I showed her my schedule for the day and she whistled, shaking her head.

"This weekend is going to be interesting." I groaned as we made our way to the Paddock Club. Milo was there, chatting with a few other people, while Elliana and I split up.

I sat down beside Nicola and Brooklyn, congratulating them on their recent wedding. The couple looked all loved up as they shared their travels for the past two weeks for their honeymoon. During the lunch, my conversation flowed between them and Hailee Steinfeld who sat down on my other side. I've worked alongside her in a few movies and we've also seen each other numerous times during award ceremonies. It's surprising how she hasn't won an Oscar with her versatility as an actress.
