One year later, Might Tower, Tokyo
It was a warm evening, when a slender man wearing a baggy set of clothes walked over to the edge of the tower and sighed as the breeze engulfed him. His features casted a shadow over his face hiding everything but his bright blue eyes, Toshinori Yagi peered over the serene background of the city. The Symbol of Peace, he had achieved his goal, defeated his nemesis, established a long lasting peace and lifted the curse of hatred out of this world at the cost of his own health and future.
The hero wiped a bit of blood that threatened to spill from his lips, this was getting more frequent these days. He couldn't maintain his muscle form longer than 5 hours per day and that too with a lot of constant pain. Toshinori unconsciously covered his injury with his hand and sighed again, if he could save even a single citizen, then he'll do it, as long as it takes.
"Choose a successor All Might! Y-You can't go on like this, pass the torch, you have already done more than enough! Please!" The memory of a frustrated cry of his ex-partner and long time friend flashed before his eyes.
"Mirai..." He whispered under his breath and took out his phone, swiping a couple of posts from the hero commission, he found what he was looking for
'Pro hero Sir Nighteye apprehended 15 Yakuza criminals and retrieved a huge supply of 'Trigger', He is still investigating Shie Hassaikai, an organisation which had seemingly gone underground about a year ago'
The article was exclusively for high ranking heroes, written by the HSPC in an attempt to notify any potential heroes who wanted to take part in the ongoing missions. Toshinori read further and remembered a phone call he received six months ago about how Sir Nighteye had taken a protege and he was grooming him to be the candidate for 'One for All'.
*Ring*
Yagi was brought out of his musings as his phone buzzed with a number he wasn't quite familiar with, this was his personal cell so not many people had access to this number, he deliberated for a second before picking up the call
"Hey! How are you, it's been a while" A male voice came through the other end with a hint of American accent, he still couldn't quite remember whose was it
"Hello, I am sorry, who is this?"
"Even forgot my voice huh? Well, that's what happens when you don't visit your buddy for such a long time! It's me Toshi-"
Before the man could finish, Yagi blurted out "David!"
"Bingo! So, how are you?"
Toshinori spouted a bit of blood in surprise but recovering, he replied with a faint smile on his face "I am fine, how are you? And how's little Melissa?"
There was a delay at the other end, "Uhh, that's actually why I called you. It's about Melissa you see-"
The hero listened through the whole story with widened eyes and a guilt ridden face, he couldn't help but slump down on the ground as David talked about his daughter.

Next day, Musutafu international airport
A teenage girl stepped out of the airport and made her way to the car waiting for her to take her to her new house. She was a pale-skinned young woman of slightly above average height with quite a round face, with wavy blonde hair which reached halfway down her back, aqua-blue eyes with notable upper eyelashes. She wore a white short-sleeved shirt with plaid cuffs, a large bow of the same design and a dark raspberry pink waistcoat. Accompanying those were panle grey capri pants and a pair of heeled brown boots.
