Chapter 13

I wake up the next day and notice the time, it's so early
I look on my nightstand and notice the journal so I picked it up and stared reading it
July 13 1816
My brother had one of his psychotic episodes again.. he told me he was better and that he was taking his medications... liar
I'm worried about him, he's becoming like our father... crazy.
Our father was an alcoholic before he got sick and my mother had to kick him out when we were five, I remember him ,my younger brothers don't remember him
I'm glad they don't,, but Richard is becoming just like him
I remember our father got a scar on his face it was right on his lip.. he fell one night and got it, well Richard got one yesterday, he was blackout drunk and he fell but this one is right above his eyebrow my mother gave out shit to him, and he deserved it, he's going insane and I just wish I could help.

So he was mentally ill , well now I know his name... Richard

October 17 1816
My mother has been monitoring Richard and making sure he's taking his meds and he's getting better, now we can take him out with out him freaking out , my youngest brother David ( "that's the brother that Richard killed ") has been.. scared of Richard and I don't blame him.. whenever Richard has his episodes he mostly says that " David hit him " even though David has never been violent towards him.
it's definitely made them a bit distant Richard apologises to David but I'm not sure if he's forgiven him yet.

Omg.. David and Richard were never that close after all.

I put the diary down and get ready, the girls wake up as well and we go down to the great hall.

" Isobel what did the professor want you for ? " Blaise asks as I sit beside  him

I was about to answer but then malfoy interrupted me " a journal, the journal that belonged to one of brothers "

I glare at him " I was going to say that asshole "

He just smirks at me and says " oh I'm so sorry but may I remind you shoved me to the ground yesterday after I asked you a simple fucking question "

" yeh because you pulled me into a room and basically interrogated me about the bloody journal oh and also that's no excuse to interrupt me " I say the last with a sarcastic smile

I look over at Blaise " wait there was another brother ?" he asked looking very confused

"Blaise were you not listening? " I ask with a face saying " seriously?"

" actual idiot " I hear Malfoy whisper under his breath

" Isobel you already know the answer to that " he says smiling at me

He then quickly picks up a piece of fruit and throws it at Malfoy " I heard that, dick "

I just laugh.

I got board and decided to ditch class and go the the black lake, I've always found comfort here, it's so nice just to sit here, I mostly come here if I'm stressed.. I'm very stressed

First of all my parents are coming over to tell me something " important".Then we have the whole Theo and chloe situation , it's just weird that after all this time he chose her over his best friends, but it's fine they've been keeping their distance so at least they aren't causing any trouble.And then the Mattheo situation, i really have no idea why he decided to just end out friendship, and why the hell he's been so distant with me and no one else, I didn't even do anything wrong but the weirdest thing is malfoy and Mattheo, they've both been acting weird.. always whispering together, and during history of magic they were staring at me.. it's really odd. Maybe Malfoy said something to Mattheo about me and that's why he's so distant? .And the whole journal incident with Malfoy was odd.. I mean yes I know he was just interested but it's just the way he did it and he was making me feel really weird about how close he got to me , the whole thing was just weird.
