family rescue

Camilos p.o.v:
We finally came up with a plan to rescue my fiance and we were now on our way to save her. I wasn't gonna let mi amor die. I loved her and she meant the world to me she's mi corazones deseo. As we were walking, i couldn't help but think about carmen and how scared she must be but then suddenly it got cold and i was snapped out of my thoughts when i noticed a blizzard so we quickly hurried into a cave where i saw carmen huddled looking close to a human popsicle.

I quickly rushed to carmen and held her close to my chest before we quickly headed further into the cave for warmth. "Why didn't you go further into the cave mi amor?" I asked and she looked at me shivering "i couldn't....there was a barrier preventing me... I guess when you guys walked in the barrier broke" she replied which was shocking considering we didn't have our gifts anymore.

Regular p.o.v:

As they descended further into the cave, it became warmer and carmen started to become warm again but then they heard voices. "Perhaps she'll change her mind if you show her affection instead of being cruel to her" "i suppose you're right it's worth a shot". Camilo was confused and looked at carmen who just looked away and explained that her father wanted her to marry another guy.

This angered camilo but he knew he couldn't do anything right now and the madrigal family watched as Erick and Carmen's step dad fell asleep. After a few minutes, they snuck around and carmen helped them to find the miracle candle hidden in a wall of the cave. Once they had the miracle candle, their gifts returned to them and they quickly went to flee but heard a voice behind them "and just where do you think you're going?" Felix told the family to go quickly and looked at Erick "hey amigo we were just talking about you! All good things!"

Erick raised a brow and used his powers to chain felix to the wall before running after the family. As erick chased them he chained them causing them to fall and camilo dropped Carmen which caused her to drop the miracle candle. Erick smirked and picked it up, then grabbed carmen by the waist "you're a rebel aren't you? Good i like my woman feisty" he kissed her cheek and carmen only punched him in the stomach which made camilo laugh "yea you show him mi amor!" Erick glared at camilo "oh is that who you love? Well how about this... You marry me and i let your little family go... Refuse to marry me and they'll be tortured and possibly killed".

Carmens eyes widened "these chains they prevent the madrigals from using their gifts don't they?" Erick nodded smirking "you're smart... But make your choice... I'll give you until the time i get back to make your decision!" He walked off leaving Carmen to decide the fate of her and her family.
