"They're staring at us," whispered the nervous teen.

"Oh, stop it." replied his older sister.

Niki had found Tommy right after the ceremony, right after the headmaster freed the students to explore the academy's campus.

Tom tried to take note of every detail, every person, every room that he saw.

A lot of people waved obviously to Niki, while others tried to carefully tiptoe past her. Suddenly, Tom felt his eyes covered by calloused hands.

"Wilbur," he groaned, "your hands are all scratched up from playing guitar."

With a grin, the tall brunette steeped in front of Tom and Niki, his infamous black beanie nestled comfortably on his head.

"Wow, Niki," he said, addressing the blonde girl, "You really did it?"

She smiled.

Wilbur, Tom's second oldest sibling, the musician of the family, resembled nothing like father but instead more like his mother that wasn't related to him biologically.

Therefore, during the academy years Tom's older siblings had endured before he arrived, Niki, Wilbur, and Tom's eldest brother had all pretended to be friends and not half siblings.

It had worked quite well, since Wilbur had used their father's old last name, Crewen, Tom's oldest brother used their Mother's old last name, Blade, and Niki had used the new family name: Simons, which was now the name Tom was to use.

Wilbur snapped his fingers in front of Tom's face, jolting him from his thoughts.

The burnette grinned deviously. "I always get you," he chimed.

Tom frowned, and flipped him off.

Niki sighed. "Boys, please."

Suddenly, the hall became gradually more noisy.

Tommy's head craned to catch a glimpse of downwards the hall, where the chattering was coming from.

He suddenly realized Niki was smiling.

"What is it?"

But she just tilted her head.

"That is why I choose to introduce you as my brother."
