Ninjago: forbidden feelings

The final battle

Wu pov

We approach the darkness of ninjago city as I look at a sword i have not touched in a long time my father's katana as I store it on my back before looking at a picture of me and garmadon with the first Spinjitzu master before he passed.

"Forgive me father... I wasn't strong to protect ninjago... I wasn't strong enough to save Lloyd..." As I head outside to see Misako crying.

"Misako..." I say placing a hand on her shoulder.

She turns hugging me tightly crying.

"I promise he will no longer be suffering he will be free and at peace."

"Please just do what needs to be done and save ninjago..."

I then gently kiss her forehead and tell her I love her before turning to the ninja.

"Jay tell Cole to bring nya out here for just a moment, I wish to speak to all of you."

He nods going to get them.

Cole pov

I stand outside nya's bedroom and now that I thank about it she's been vary quite.

"Hey nya you okay in there?" I ask concerned as Jay approachs.

"Sensei wants us all to see him before you know..."

"Gotta, okay nya Sensei wants to..." I open the door to see she's not there and her window wide open.

"Oh no..."

Wu pov

"Sensei!" I turn as Jay and Cole run to us.

"We have a really big problem..."

"No..." i say knowing what has happened as we raise to the front of the Bounty to see nya with a jetpack flying towards ninjago city.

"Nya!" We all shout as she dissappear.

"What are we gonna do!?, he'll kill her!" Kai shouts.

"May the first Spinjitzu master guide and protect her."

"What!?, so where not gonna stop her!" Kai yells.

"There is nothing we can do now kai if we go Lloyd will destroy all of us..."

"All we can do now is pray that nya is strong enough to defeat him..." As we go to the TV to see nya already at borg tower talking to him.

Nya pov

I fly through the darkness of ninjago city to borg tower as I land at the top of the building to see Lloyd already waiting.

"You are a fool to come here alone!" He says turning to me as I remove my jetpack and ready my spear.

"Maybe I am, but I know the Lloyd I know is steel in there."

"I told you before your friend is gone!" He yells summoning two black katanas before useing Spinjitzu attacking me as I block his attacks with my spear.

"Roars!" He grabs me by arm throwing me to the edge of the building making me almost fall off but quickly recover as he shoots energy at me which I quickly dodge as we lock weapons.

"Lloyd you always used to say ninja never quit and I'm never quitting on you!" I yell.

"Then you have wasted your time."

He then knocks my spear from my hands sending it off the building.

"NO!" I yell as he grabs me slamming me into the ground.

I try to move but I can't.

No... I failed, I failed Lloyd, I failed everybody I loved.

"Any last words..." Lloyd says rasing his sword ready to strike me down.

I then remember the first time Lloyd said he loved me when we were at the beach and in truth despite everything that's happened, despite all the horrible things he has done... I steel love him and in my last moment I will show that to him and to all of ninjago.

"I love you Lloyd." I then grab him and kiss him softly the way every fist kiss should be and for a brief moment I feel the old Lloyd return as he actually kisses me back.

I then release looking into his glowing eyes.

Lloyd growls rasing his sword to kill me.

But stops letting me go as he begens to scream in pain as the energy in him begens to release a light so bright I close my eyes unable to see him.

Wu pov

We open our eyes from the massive explosion of Lloyd's energy as the shy around us begens to turn back to daylight.

"She... she did it." Kai says in disbelief.

"As Misako puts her arm around me.

"Maybe all he needed was a simple kiss to be saved.

"P.I.X.A.L. get us to borg tower." Zane says as we race to nya and Lloyd.

But once we arrive we're all devastated by what we see...
