I stand at the funeral of Cyrus borg a man who helped me and the ninja so much in the past from helping to stop the overlord to making some of our own vehicles.

"I'm sorry Cyrus I tried, I tried to fight it, I just... couldn't and now your gone because of my actions..." I say looking down in guilt. Putting flowers on his grave.

I then feel nya wrap her arm around mine as we all morn the loss of your good friend and P.I.X.A.L.'s father...

Later...

I walk down the hallway to nyas room.

This is it, I'm gonna ask nya to be my girlfriend.

"Okay Lloyd you got this..., man I never thought it would be this hard.

As I gently knock on nyas door.

"Uh nya?" I ask.

"Come in." She says

I open the door and close it behind me my face turns red to see nya only in her bra and underwear!

"Sorry I was just getting out of the shower, like what you see?" She ask smirking her own cheeks red.

"Um... I'll come back later." I say trying to leave.

I then feel nya grab my hand tightly

"Oh no you don't!" She yells pulling me to her bed. Making me fall on top of her.

I blush by how close we are...

"So... what were you gonna say?" She ask.

"I um... I was wondering if you will be my girlfriend?..."

Nya looks at me a little stunned before she burst out laughing.

"You silly your already mine." She says putting her lips on mine as we kiss.

She then releases putting her hands on my cheeks.

"And yes I will be your girlfriend." She says smiling as I roll over she lays her head on my chest.

"I'm so happy your here with me."

"Me to..." I say holding her close.

"Remember how a few nights ago I was the one holding you while you cried?" She ask.

"Yeah that was nice, will you?..."

She giggles.

"Of course."

We switch as I lay my head on nya's chest as she holds me rubbing my back.

"Why are you so freaking cute?" She ask.

"Will why are you so beautiful?" I ask as she giggles.

"Fair enough." She says as we continue to lay like this for a while.

I then hear light snoring as I look up to see that nya fell asleep I smile kissing her cheek and laying with her feeling sleep take me no longer haunted by the great devourer and dreaming of our future together.

One year later...

I set here at ninjago beach waiching nya and the others play in the sand and water while my mom and wu walk the beach together as I thank of my father lord garmadon.

He steel has not been seen or heard from since the Oni March he didn't even come try to help me when I was suffering from the venom of the devourer that he passed down to me and if it wasn't for nya I'd be dead as I remember how my father was before I had banished him...

"I wish you were here to see what I'm about to do..." I tell my self as I feel the tiny box in my pocket.

I hear laughing as I look up to see Cole barried in sand by Zane, Jay and Kai making me chuckle.

As nya runs up to me.

"What are doing all by your self Lloyd come on let's have some fun!" She says grabbing my hands pulling me up.

"Wait!" I say not wanting what's in my pocket to get wet.

This is it...

"Nya Smith..." i say as I get on one knee as she looks at me stunned.

"This past year has been one of the best in my life and that's because I have you, nya you are the most amazing, smart and beautiful girl I have ever met."

"Lloyd..."

"Nya will you marry me?" I ask pulling out the box with the ring in it.

"Oh Lloyd yes, yes triple yes!" She yells kissing me as the others and everyone on the beach cheers.

We release as I put the ring on her finger.

As the others run over.

"Congratulations you two!" Zane says.

"Haha I knew you could do it." Cole says snaping my back as I hug my new fiancee.

"I love you nya your just so incredible." I say smiling making her giggle.

"Thanks I know I am." She says smiling as we hold each other waiching as the sun sets on the ocean excited for our wedding and knowing will always be there for each other.
