He saw that the world some people have Gourmet Cell that can make them stronger but he doesn't need it and saw that it was interesting world from the information he got from it.
The "Capture Level" is depend on the monster or dish and level 1 take 10 professional huntsmen to take it down but for people who are gourmet hunter can defeat it easily and there is a wall that go out is the Gourmet World but it's extremely dangerous as all the people that went out there never came back except for a few people that their strength is incredible for human eye.
