Background:
Y/n L/n a kid that live in a desolated city call CIty-Z since he was young but have special powers too. Anyone he fight dies in a hit even though he keep restraining himselves until he restrained himself to able to be like a normal human at age 8.
He decided to only unleashed strength when necessary as he grew up until he is a adult and going on journey to become a hero to save people just for attention or reward.
