Background:
Y/n Ushiromiya, the Witch of Origin and The Creator was bored so he decided to reincarnate somewhere that could interest him.
Upon reincarnating he woke up in a place with a big tower and decided to get some information about this world and when walking around he met a ghost that became his partner and he explain everything about the tower.
He then decided to explore the city for a bit and decided to fight some monster for money and a guy suddenly came and try to rob him as he decided to kill him seeing that his future is a annoyance.
