It's 11 am and rose walks down into the kitchen.
"Goodmorning sleepy head" Scarlett says
"I've been awake for 2 hours, I wanted to wait until y/n woke up, but I give up."
"Wait she still isn't awake?"
"No"
"God she must me exhausted"
"Mom?"
"Yeah?"
"What's going to happen to her when- you know- h-her mom-"
"I don't know honey, but we are not going to let her alone alright? It's all coming to be alright"
Rose hugs Scarlett
"I don't know how to help her mom, she looks sick, and exhausted" rose says sobbing
"Shh I know, I think she's just so fed up it's making her sick okay? We just need to love her right now"
"I always love her" rose says
"I know honey"

1 pm
"Rose have you seen y/n?"
"I think she is still sleeping"
"Alright, I'm going to check on her"

Scarlett walks into roses room and checks up and you, she strokes your head and feels warmth and sweat on your forehead
"Y/n? Wake up bud"
"Y/n?" Scarlett shakes you and you begin to stir
"Goodmorning" Scarlett says
"Huhhmm?"
"I said Goodmorning, can you wake up?"
You open up your eyes
"How do you feel? You feel a bit warm"
"I am okay, I feel a bit hot but I am okay" you say
"Why don't you go take a shower?"
You nod
"Scarlett?"
You say right before Scarlett was about to walk out of the room
"Yes?"
"Could i maybe- g-get a hug?" You ask
"Oh y/n you don't have to ask, come here!" She opens her arms and you melt into her arms. She rubs you back and strokes the back of you head.
You pull out of the hug again

"Alright kid, go shower. Il be downstairs" she says and she walks away. You take a shower and after that you walk downstairs to see rose and Scarlett talking.

Rose turns around.
"Your alive!" She jokes sarcastically
"As alive as I can be" you say
"Wait are those my clothes?" Rose asks you
"I don't have any clothes with me"
"Didn't we go to the mall yesterday?"
"Oh yeah cause that was a great success"
"Right sorry, just so you know, you can always steal my clothes" she jokes and you smile.
"Wait what time is it?"
"Around 1? Why?" Scarlett says
"Ah shit, i have tons of homework to do for tomorrow" you say
"Tomorrow?" Scarlett asks
"Yeah, school"
"Honey it's Friday, you've been of school for almost the whole week"
"It is? Wait I did? What the-" you see extremely confused
"Why don't you eat something" she says
"Y-yeah I should" you say still with your mind trying to figure out your confusion

Scarlett gives you a plate with some sandwiches and fruit on it.
"Thank you" you sit down at the table and start eating.

"Y/n when do you want to go back to school?"
"Wel I don't want to fall behind, so as soon as possible"
"Alright, but I want you to know, that if it ever gets to much that just have to tell me okay? Then il pull you out of it"
You nod.
"That's what she does with me two" rose says trying to join the conversation
"Yeah it's kinda my rule, you don't have to do anything your not mentally ready for" Scarlett continues
You smile.

After you finish your food you and rose watch a movie, Scarlett is watching you guys, admiring your friendship
"Rose?" You say
Rose pauzes the TV
"Yeah what's up?"

"I just wanted to say that. I-I know we have been friends since you where 4, and we are really close and honestly your my best friend. But now I stay here, and I just wanted to say that if I ever anoy you or you feel bad because you get les attention or anything like that you should just tell me and I'll go, I would never want to come between your mom and you." You say
"God your so blind arn't you"
"W-what"
"Dummy, I don't want you as a friend, I want you as my little sister. Sisters fight, and get annoyed of eachother and get jealous, but they also love eachother more than anything in the world. I don't want you to ever feel like I don't want you in my house anymore, I don't care how mad I am. Your family now"
"Wel not technically"
"Y/n, your just 12 years old, I am 15. I'm think I always gonna want to protect you"
"I'm almost 13" you say
"You get the point"
"Yeah, thanks rose. Really." You lay your head on her shoulder
"I love you" rose says
You sigh
"I love you"
Rose puts the TV back on and you continue watching
While Scarlett stands there sniffing and crying of joy admiring how you two get along now, and how she's so proud of both of you.

1 hours later, the door bell rings
Scarlett opens up to reveal police officers

"H-hello, can I help you?" She asks
"We are here for the report of y/n y/l/n, she's been reported missing and we have our suspicions she is located here"
"Yeah she is"
"Do you have any proof y/n is allowed to stay here? Her father has been worried sick" he says
"Officer, she came here because her father is abusing her" Scarlett directly interrupts.
"We'd have to investigate in that, but for now she needs to get home"
"No you don't understand she can't, her father is really dangerous"
"We'll come and have a chat with her"
The officers walk inside and see you with your head on roses shoulder stil watching TV. You lift you head when seeing the police standing in the living room.

"Y/n y/l/n, we would like to have a word, alone" he ads to his sentence
You Get a bit anxious witch Scarlett noticed, but she can't do anything about.

You slowly get up and sit down in the living room while Scarlett goes to explain the situation to rose.

"You have been reported missing, care to explain?" He says brutally
"B-by who?" You ask
"Your father has been really concerned lately"
"No he isnt, you don't understand, he's been hurting me"
"Do we have proof of that?"
"I h-have s-scars" you say.
"Alright, can you show us"
"I-I don't-"
"You have to show us"
You slowly lift you shirt revealing your back bruised and full of scars
"These look recent" they say to eachother.
"Y-yeah they are from a week ago"
"When did you arrive at this place"
"I'm not sure, 3 days ago I think?"
"Alright, since you have no rights to stay here you'd have to go back home until we cab start court. The earliest free sport is Monday morning"
"M-Monday? I'd have to survive there until Monday?"
"We have no literal proof against your father"
"I just showed you my scars"
"We don't have proof they are from him"
"No please you have to believe me! Please don't put me back there!" You cry witch makes Scarlett enter the room to protect you
"What's going on" she asks mad
"Since we have no proof of-"
"They are sending me back home until Monday" cry mad
"You can't do that it's not safe!" She fights the officers knowing it has no use anyway

"We have to leave now" they say guiding you to the front door
"NO PLEASE GET OF OF ME I CANT DO THIS SCARLETT HELP ME!" You cry trying to kick yourself out of their grip
"I TOLD YOU , I CANT DO THIS AGAIN, I CANT DO THIS AGAIN!!!" You scream cry while Scarlett tries to grab you but fails and soon the police car with you in it drives away.

Rose walks to Scarlett in tears
"M-mom"
"We have to wait until Monday, we have to be in court to safe her" she says crying
They hug eachother tight Scarlett trying to comfort rose while calming herself down.

"She can't do this mom, she will break"
"I-I know" rose cries
