Part 5

"I'm going to get some tea okay?" Scarlett says.
Scarlett walks out.
"Come here" you say making space in your hospital bed, and patting the space for her to come lay down
"I don't think that's safe for you, you know, with all the wires and stuff"
"Pretty pleaseee" you say giving her puppy eyes.
"Fine" she says and lays down next to you.
You lay your head on her shoulder and she lays her head on top of yours. Soon after you both fall asleep because of how exhausted you are.

2 days later

"Alright, so you need to keep an eye on your breathing. If it gets worse you need to get back as soon as possible, but besides that you should be fine"

You vaguely hear the doctor talk.

You are zoned out looking at the ground while Scarlett is with you listening to the doctors words.

"Y/n?"
"Hey y/n?"
You feel someone shake you. So
You look up.
"What? Sorry what did you say?"
"We can leave now. We can get home"

You look around confused noticing that the doctor has left. You could swear he was just there.
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah"  You whisper.
Scarlett grabs your stuf and helps you of the bed you where sitting on.

She supports you while walking out the hospital, and you get in the car.
"Where is rose?" You ask yet again

You have asked this three times today, leaving Scarlett not only confused but also worried.

"She's at school honey" she repeats.
"Okay" you say and look out the window.

When you get at home Scarlett gets out the car while you stay in your seat. She opens your door.
"you coming?"
"I'm tired" you say slowly
"Let's get you to bed then yeah?"
You nod but You still don't move.

"Come on y/n." She says
You look at her confused
"What's wrong baby? Why won't you come inside?"
"Im tired" you repeat
"Alright. I'll carry you"
She unlocks your seatbelt and gets you in her arms. She carries you to the guest room and lays you down. Not even a minute later you fall asleep.

3 hours later.
You get up and walk downstairs seeing Scarlett in her home office so you walk to her.
"Hi baby, how are you feeling?"
"I'm good" you smile at her
"Is there anything you want to do?"
You shrug
"We can go bake something if you want?"
"I-I think I'm just going to sit down for a second." You say and walk away.
You walk to the couch and sit down.

Scarlett follows you.
"Are you sure you are okay?" She asks sitting down next to you
You nod.
She goes to hug you but you flinch. You push yourself further in the corner of the couch.

You look down embarrassed.

"Y/n?"
"N-no" you stutter
"What's wrong baby"
"P-please just- don't t-touch me"
"Okay okay. You're okay. I won't. But- you know I won't hurt you right? You are safe now"
You don't respond to that.
"I'll leave you for a bit okay? Do you want the remote?"
You nod
She hands you the Tv remote and you put some Tv on.

2 hours later.
Rose comes in the house
"IM HOME!" She screams.
Before Scarlett can get to her she runs towards you.
"Y/N!"
You look at her scared as she grabs and hugs you.
Scarlett walks in and sees you pushing her off of you.
"GET OFF OF ME!" You scream.
You look around and see Scarlett look at you shocked, as does rose. You start to hyperventilate and tear up.

"Rose honey get upstairs okay?"
Rose nods while crying and walks away
"Y/n. I'm not going to touch you okay? But I need you to breathe for me okay?"
"N-no no I can't"
"Y/n listen to me. Breathe. in trough your nose and out trough your mouth okay? Like this" she shows you how to breathe but nothing works.
"I don't-I don't feel good" you cry
Scarlett doesn't know what to do. Before she can really think of anything you run in her arms
"Help me" you and grab onto her tightly.
She wraps her arms around you tightly
"Shhh you're okay baby."
