It is worth noting that Agent Linnell acquires these weapons in one of the side stories that will come out at some point. Yes, he visits the Alien universe. That's all I can tell you for now.
He also has access to nearly every weapon from Doom(2016) and Doom Eternal, even a pocket knife version of Doomguy's Crucible.
One additional gun Agent Linnell has access to is a custom sniper rifle/machine gun combination, chambered in .50BMG. Here are the two guns that make up most of the design, as well as the typical ammo he uses in it.

.50BMG SLAP rounds(Saboted Light Armor Penetrator--exercise extreme caution when firing these rounds. If you didn't know, Scott from Kentucky Ballistics had his .50cal explode from an extremely overly pressured SLAP, and he almost died from that. The video is titled "My 50 cal exploded". It is worth noting that the rifle has a quick change barrel, that he can switch between a standard barrel and one made from Angelic metal. The bullets are also made from Angelic metal.
