My sister was in her way from Durango. I was wearing a silky lilac dress. I've always liked purple. It was my favorite color. My Ibu always called me her Ungu which means Lilac. My mom died when I was 13. It was hard growing up without her. But I manage with my stepmom Whitney.
"MOO MOO!!" I heard Selena my sister scream as she entered my fathers house. I ran down to her embracing her. She pulled away so she can show me her baby bump. She was 6 months pregnant. I was happy for her to start her family with Eric her husband.
"I hope you don't mind we brought our friend along." I shook my head assuring her it was fine. We went to the dining room to sit down. This was the only time I was happy. Me Moon and Selena. I just wish we had a whole family here.
"I'm going to get some air." I said as I got up from the table and went to the front door. As I was about to open the door it swung open. I stopped and saw him. Liam Sanchez the guy that showed me a life time of love in one night.

"Liam." I shakily said as all the memories of him came rushing back to me. I stared into his golden honey eyes.
"How've you been?" He asked staring straight back at me.
"G-good." I stutter he always had this effect on me. He always made me nervous with his presence.
"That's good." I gulped as he closed the space between us. His stature has always been bigger than mines. He was 6'5 and had broad shoulders. I was only 5'3. Our faces were inches away. I felt his cold minty breath fanning on my face. I smelled his bourbon mixed with forest cologne. I arched my back pushing my body closer to his. He brought out this side of me I never knew I had. I felt more confident around him.
"You look amazing." My cheeks flushed
"You too." He chuckled softly. I loved his laugh. It sounded like he hasn't laughed in so long so when he does it sounds beautiful. He took my hand in his. And when I thought he was going to kiss me.
RING!!
"Im sorry Precioso I gotta take this." He said as he picked up the phone and went back outside. I was left there hot and wet. I went to the bathroom to cool myself down and returned to the dining room.
Liam's POV
"What do you want Jorge!!" I said madly because he interrupted me and Precioso.
"Sir Ellie's been attacked she's in surgery right now!" He said nervously I hung up the phone and called my pilot to get the jet ready. I was on my way back to Durango. I can't believe I let Ellie get hurt just because I decided to get distracted and come to New York.
