"Just a little bit longer Moonlight." My PT nurse said as I tried to walk on the treadmill. It was exhausting. I've been malnourished for years and barely ever moved. I pushed myself to keep moving.
THUD!!!!
"Ms. Stone are you ok!?!?" My PT nurse quickly rushed to my side on the floor. I grabbed onto the side of the tread mill trying to stand back up.
"Ms. Stone let me help you." My nurse insisted but I needed to do it by myself. But I didn't listen and fell back to the floor. I heard footsteps coming near the room. I was hoping it was Selena to help.
"Preciosa." He said calmly as he walked towards me. He knelt down to my level. I felt his cold minty breath fanning on my face. My eyes bored into his as we stayed there for a couple of seconds.
"Let's get you off this floor." He whispered to me and lifted me up to my feet. I took a second to admire him. His disheveled jet black hair that was tossed to the side. His light stubble on his defined jaw line. His firm hard chest that was built like a god.
"Are you ok Preciosa?" He asked me and I silently nodded my head. I was still lost in his golden eyes.
"Do you want food?" I snapped myself out of it and stepped back.
"Food, yeah I guess." Stammered and got my crutches and walked to the kitchen. Why did I just let that happen?!?!
Liam's POV
I was just sitting in my office looking when my shipments should be here. I was trying to stay focus on my work.
DING!!
I looked at my phone to see a text from Ellie.
"Going to Italy. Tell Sonia and Abuela I love them when they get there ❤️"
"Stay safe Ellie love you."
I sighed as I put my phone down. Why does she keep going to Italy she knows we're at war with the Italian's.
THUD!!!!
I rushed out of my office following the sounds of the echos from where the thud came from. I tracked it down to the room where Moonlight does her PT. I tried to look calm as I walked into the room. The first thing I saw was her struggling on the ground.
