Moonlight's POV
"Selena." I said trudging down the sidewalk carrying 15 bags. Or that's what it felt like.
"Stop being a baby you're carrying two bags." She rolled her eyes as she looked at the shops around us.
"This one!!" She grabbed me my arm pulling me into this shop. When I looked around I notice it was a coffee shop.
"Finally I'm starving." She said pushing me into a booth.
"I'll order us something." I nodded as I put the bags down. I was not used to moving this much anymore. That devil took years away from me and I'll forever hate him for that. He ruined my life. I hate the feeling of being touched by anyone at this point. There were many people who would abuse me. Men, Women, you name it I've been hit by them. I still feel the pain of it on my skin. The night terrors don't help either.
"I'm back!" Selena said passing me a cup of coffee.
"Thank you."
"Moonlight." I hummed in response while I stared out the window.
"What happened last night with Liam?" I was dreading this. Explaining what exactly happened between us. It's been playing in my mind constantly. How could he make me feel that way. I'm completely disgusted by people touching me. Even a slight brush sets me off.
"I-I." I stuttered not knowing how to reply to her question. I don't want anyone to know what happened. It was a mistake anyways. But I know lying to Selena was pointless. So I told her everything. She deserved to know, she's always been there for me since we were children. I'm glad she's my sister.
I don't ever want another one she's the only once I need.
"I knew something was going on between you two." She smirked taking a sip out of her drink.
"No you got it all wrong nothing is going on between us." I blurted out quickly standing up.
"It's late we should head back." I grabbed the bags and walked out of the coffee shop.
...
"Eric baby we're home!!" Selena yelled out when we walk backed into the house. Footsteps came down from the hall and we saw Eric with Luna in his arms. Selena walked towards them hugging and kissing them. I always loved Selena's little family. I was a little envious of them.
"What did you two do today?" Selena started rambling on what we did today as I silently followed them to the living room. It was so clam here. Most people minded their own business. A lot of Liam's men lived here. I'm glad I've never had a bad experience with any of them.
God I wish it stayed that way...
