The sun was high up in the sky when Jangmi and I were weeding the garden, as ordered by auntie. She said something about an important person, the sponsor of this orphanage, will be visiting in a few days. I don't know why we're doing this now but we all know it's best to do what's told from auntie.

Though it was hot today, it wasn't an unpleasant experience. Jangmi and I would talk while we work. It's honestly amazing that we're now close despite that I've just been here for almost 2 months!

I was in the carrot section of the garden, plucking out the weeds, when I experienced a vivid imagination. I imagined myself heading out of the backdoors of the orphanage at dead of night. I was following two people running off to the forest. Though the bright full moon shined overhead, I couldn't figure out who those were. When I got there, I was now suddenly on a higher leverage, overseeing two groups. A bullet coming straight at me ended the scene.

"Yuna?" Jangmi shook me on my shoulder. "Are you okay?"

I was about to reply when someone with familiar long acrylic nails came to us. "Jangmi-yah, that's not how you wake someone up from trance."

Before I could turn around, I was shoved from the back. I lost my balance and I landed on a mud puddle. Minji laughed like the bitch that she is while Jangmi helped me up.

"Minji! What was that for?!" Jangmi scolded her twin, who only shrugged and strutted back into the villa.

"I am so sorry, Yuna," Jangmi apologized on behalf of her sister. I just waved it off and nodded.

"It's fine, Jangmi. I know your sister has some sort of mean streak going on with her," I told her, trying my best to wipe the muck off my body.

The girl frowned, her azure-like eyes looking at me. "Minji isn't usually like that. I'm really sorry."

I just smiled and appreciated the apology but I couldn't help thinking about what she said. Minji and kind in the same sentence? Seems unlikely so. But if we're talking about the past, maybe but I could never know.

Honestly, how can twins be total opposites of each other?

Anyway, I decided to leave the garden to clean myself up. After making a trip to my room for fresh clothes, I headed for the girls restroom. Coincidentally, Jungwon came out of his room.

"Hey Won!" I greeted him with a smile.

"Hi Yuna- ooookay umm..." as soon as he saw my face covered in mud, he was startled. "You have umm-"

"Dirt on my face? Yeah, I know," I finished his sentence.

Jungwon, with his thumb, did his best to at least wipe away some muck on my forehead. "What happened? Did you fall?"

"It's more like a bitch with long witch nails decided to push me while I was working in the gardens," I sneered. First into a secret room and now a mud puddle? What's next? Pushing me off a cliff?!

"Yikes!" was Jungwon's only response as he was adamant about wiping the muck off my face.

I held his hand to put it back on his side. "Won, there's no need-"

That's when a daydream invaded my head all of a sudden. I saw Jungwon in the forest late at night. He was surrounded by people. Though I can't tell who's who, they seem to pose no threat to Jungwon. But, just as a crow cawed loudly and flew away, a glistening silver bullet shot Jungwon in the heart. With that, the daydream ended.

"Yuna? Jang Yuna?" the chocoball shook me by the shoulders.

I snapped out of my daze, completely disoriented and shocked. Jungwon looked at me worriedly. "Are you okay? What happened there?"
