Chapter 29~bundle of joy

Rahma struggled with her keys as she tried to open the door to her house

She just came back from an errand that bilal sent her , which was weird he never let her do anything but today he sent her to get something, he wanted cheese , she shook her head and finally opens the door

" SURPRISE!!!!!" Everyone yelled

Rahma held her chest as her eyes widened, she looked around the room everyone was here including her husband she recovered from the fright they gave her and laughed

" whaaat !" She yelled at them laughing

Bilal came and hugged her tight and whispered in her ear " Happy birthday love "

She continued to laugh with joy as everyone hugged her , she went upstairs to change and got back after

She cut the cake as they all sang happy birthday to her , she fed Everyone and they all gave her their gifts

It was mostly baby clothes and perfumes and stuff Faiza gave her a Gucci bag

They all laughed as rahma and bilal bickered like they usually did , ever since she got pregnant, she's been super moody so they argued a lot , she usually ends up crying

" I have a suprise for you " Bilal said a she dragged her outside she followed him suite as she ate her cake

Everyone followed too when they got outside , rahma stared in confusion "what's the suprise ? "

"This is the surprise now !"he said a he motioned to a big black car

Rahma closed her mouth with her palms , she couldn't believe her eyes

" happy birthday ! " he sand and gave her a hug

Everyone cheered and congratulated her as she squealed up and down she opened her new car snd she sat inhaling that new car smell

She loved her gift it was a big black ford , it was beautiful she kept on thanking bilal as they ate together back in side

They all got back and were currently eating

" habibi ?"

" yes habibi " Bilal said as he put a spoonful of rice in his mouth and sighed , it was delicious, it was made by his mother in-law

" I love you " Rahma said as she held her hands and put her other hand in her bump

Bilal nodded and continued to eat , " won't you say you love me back ?" She asked

Before she got angry bilal kept his food aside and held her hands

" I love youuuuuuu , habibi " he said and rahma chuckled and shook her head

She loved and admired their relationship , she always prayed that things would stay the same and no one should be able to come between them ever again

7 months later

Rahma squeezed Bilal's hands as she groaned in pain , her breathing was coming out in puffs , she was in labor , she had no idea it would be this painful , she suddenly respected her mother a lot now , in her mind she blamed Bilal for everything , he is responsible for this

She tried to sit up but the nurse held her back , " you need to push ma'am I can already see the baby's head " the nurse said as she went back to her position

She looked up at Bilal who had a very worried expression on his face , he was holding her left arm with both his hands , he was wearing , scrubs like the doctor and nurse " I'm so sorry "he muttered he didn't know why he was sorry but deep in side him he knew it was his fault
