Chapter 25: First Date

"Wow... you look amazing" Shane said. Bridgit smiled "Thank you so much" Shane handed her the bouquet of flowers. Bridgit smelled them "There beautiful thank you"

She went to go put them in a vase before leaving. They decided to take one car so Shane drove to the restaurant.

They spent an hour at the restaurant eating, laughing, talking, and enjoying themselves. They were driving back him when Sam spoke up.

"The nights still young how about we go to the movie theater and watch a movie" Sam suggested. "That sound like a good idea. What do you think babe?" Shane said.

"Sure" Bridgit said. So Shane drove to the theatre. They were trying to decide which movie they wanted to see. Bridgit wanted to watch a romantic movie while Michael and Shane wanted to see an action movie.

"This is exhaustion ill go buy the tickets" Sam thought to herself. She walked up to the window to buy the tickets. She gave them their tickets. Sam had got tickets to a horror movie

They walked in while Bridgit went to the restroom Shane, Michael and Sam were buying snacks. "Why would want to go see a horror movie if your scared of those kind of movies?" Michael asked Sam.

Michael and Shane looked at her. Sam smiled "i know but its an excuse for Bridgit and Shane to be all lovey dovey while me and you are seated somewhere else" sam told Michael and Shane as she winked at him as they got their snacks.

Sam seen Bridgit coming "okay bye we'll see you guys when the movie is over" sam said pulling Michael into the room. "Hey where did they go?" Bridgit asked Shane.

"Oh um they said they wanted to have some time alone" Shane said. Bridgit just shrugged. Shane handed her their cup of soda while he held their popcorn and they entered the room.

They went all the way to the back of the theatre. While they were waiting for the movie to begin Shane turned to face Bridgit. "Babe is there something wrong? Your awfully quiet" he said.

"No of course not" She said but she was lying and Shane knew she was. "Bib come on we havent been dating that long but we have been friends for a while and I know when your lying" he said.

"Okay I am lying." She said. "I knew it so whats wrong babe?" When he said that she made a weird face and he noticed. "Is it because I call you that and you dont like me to call you that?" He asked hurt.

"No its not that its just still so weird all this, us being together we've been friends that its weird." She said and Shane looked hurt. "So you would rather be friends?"

OH NO WILL THERE BE NO MORE SHIDGIT?
