Chapter 35: The Gift

She looked to the side to see who it was and she seen Shane. She was going to get up but he stopped her. "Bib please dont leave I just wanted to talk to you to explain." He said.

Bridgit shook her head "First its Bridgit and second theres no need to explain" she said about to leave. "Okay Im sorry but can I at least give you your gift" he said taking out a box out of his pocket.

"I thought you gave me my gift already?" She asked confused. He shook his head "No that gift was from my parents this gift is from me" he said as he handed her the small box. "Please open it" he said so she did.

Inside the box was a charm bracelet she took it out and seen it was beautiful. She was speechless "i cant accept this" she said shaking her head. He got the bracelet and put it on her "yes you can I got it awhile ago and I knew it would be perfect for you" he said. "Thank you" she said.

They stood there looking at each other and Shane started getting closer to Bridgit and they were about to kiss when Debby interrupted them. "Baby I think its time to leave" she said and Shane stepped back

Shane and his family left. Bridgit spend the night with her friends enjoying herself. They sang happy birthday, they ate cake, and she opened gifts.

She finally got home and put all her gift next to the bed she laid on her bed asshe looked at her charm bracelet. She had to admit she loved it. She loved every charm on it. "Where did we go wrong Shane?" She thought to herself.

Her phone ben to ring she got it and seen it be as Shane calling her. She didnt know what to do she though about it and decided to answer. "Hello?" She answered. "Hey did I wake you?" He asked her. "No I just got back a while ago and I was just thinking" she said.

"Yea me too" he said. There was a moment of silence "Did you need anything?" She asked him. "Yea I just wanted to tell you happy birthday again and that i was happy to celebrate it with you" he wanted to tell her more but decided not to. "Thank you and thanks for going and for the gifts" she said as she played with the bracelet.

Once again they were quite "Well its late I should get some sleep goodnight Shane" she said. "Goodnight bridgit" he said and then they hung up.

*Two Weeks Later*
Bridgit hated going to film because everytime she had scenes with Shane he would be Debby with him. She went from being sad aboutt heir break up to being mad. She even wrote 2 songs...

So Shane and Debby are together and it hurts Bridgit.
