Chapter 40: Moving On

They got to the restaurant and before anything Bridgit pulled Sullivan and Samantha to the side. "You guys planned this didnt you?" She asked then knowing the answer. Samantha was confused but Sullivan spoke up. "My sister didnt know anything about this B it was all my idea, i just thought that if you two would talk that..." But Bridgit interrupted him.

"Sullivan. Shane had a girlfriend and we have to face that me and him are over and theres nothing to do about it" Bridgit said. "B i know what Sullivan did was wrong but he meant right its just that we just thought that you and Shane were going to work things out" Samantha said.

Bridgit nodded "i know but it is what it is and now he is with Debby" she said. Samantha and Sullivan both shook their heads "he doesnt belong with her but like you said that his decision but im sorry for ambushing you like this" Sullivan said.

After their talk they went back to the table. Shane sat next to Bridgit "Im really glad were out to dinner Bib" he tried to make conversations. She looked at him she knew she had to be mean to him "I already told you it Bridgit to you and were not here together Shane I only came because of you siblings not for you" she said.

She got up "Im gonna go Im going to take a taxi" she told Sam and Michael. Michael and Sam protested but Bridgit convinced them to stay. She got up and left Shane went after her.

"Bridgit please let me give you a ride you dont need to take a taxi" he begged her after a while of going back and forth trying to convince her she finally gave in she got in his car. As he was driving he noticed Bridgit wearing the charm bracelet he gave her. "Im glad your wearing the gift I gave you" he said trying to make conversation.

She just nodded "Bridgit I made a huge mistake by..." but she interrupted him "Stop it Shane I told you I dont want anything to do with you I only accepted you to give me a ride because there were no taxis but like i said before if you need to talk to me it will only be about the scripts" she said.

"Why cant you forgive me? Im trying to make things right here Bridgit" Shane said. "Because you hurt me Shane whatever happend happend if we didnt work it it must have been for the best but honestly Im over it im over us" she said getting out of the car when they got ti her house.

Shane drove off sad to his house. When he was getting off he noticed something. He pick up the charm bracelet that he gave Bridgit. He ran to his room and when he laid on his bed he called Bridgit. "What do you want Shane?" She answered her phone.

"Im sorry to bother you but I think you accidentally dropped that charm bracelet i gave you" he said. "No shane i didnt drop it shane I left it there its beautiful but like said before I couldnt accept it because I dont want anything from you goodbye Shane" bridgit said and then hung up. Shane was surprised by the attitude that Bridgit had with him.

He knew he had hurt Bridgit but he didnt realize how much. He didnt want to loose her because now he knew that he loved her and Debby was a mistake. Now all he had to do was break up with debby and try to win Bridgit back.

SHANE WANTS BRIDGIT BACK BECAUSE HE LOVES HER... BUT WILL SHE ACCEPT HIM AFTER WHAT HE DID TO HER?
