2x16 part 3 / 2x17 part 1

After few minutes I heard some noise. We both stopped with our blades ready to fight. We turned around quickly just to find out it was Jace.

„Hey." He said. „I guess Alec got my message, huh?"

„I had to do something to get your guys attention. Can I use your stele?"

Jace cut himself in the palm of his hand. That was the pain I felt. But how was that possible. How could I feel what happend to him? Well, questions later.

„What happend to Clary?" I asked instead.

„I dont know. In one minute we were looking for her stele by the lake and next she was gone."

„Didnt you drink the water from the lake, did you?"

„No, but Clary did."

We looked at each other with Izzy with worry.

„What?" Jace asked.

„Lake Lynn has halllucinogenic effects. Irazte should be able to cure her but we need to get to her soon."

„Or what?" Jace asked looking between me and Izzy.

„She could loose her mind forever." With that we started to looking for Clary.

We were walking through the forest and in one moment we saw her.

„Clary?" Jace said.

„Who are you?" She asked frantaticly.

She was afraid of us.

„It's me, Jace."

„I dont know you."

„You're confused. We're here to help you."

We looked at each other.

„Just hold still." Izzy said with her stele in her hand.

„Where is Jace?" Clary asked.

When Izzy was almost near to her, Clary grabbed her hand and started to fight with her. Then she took Izzy stele and broke it.

„Hey, we dont want to hurt you." Jace said.

„You dont get a chance." Clary said and jumped on him.

But he overpowered her and grabbed her around her shoulders. In the moment I saw that under his shirt his own Irazte rune started to glow.

I knew it. I thought to myself and smiled.

When Clary got relaxed finally in Jace arms, he let her go and looked at her.

„Wait ... Jace?" She asked uncentairly.

„Yeah."

„You're ok."

„Now that you are."

Then we started to walk to the cottage Jace mentioned.

„There it is." Jace said when we arrived at the place.

„Someone was just here." Izzy said.

We entered the cottage but no one was there.

„We're too late." Jace cursed.

We came back to the institute.

Alec was talking to Izzy and I was with my father.

„Come with me Hope."

„To where?"
