CHAPTER FIFTY FOUR

Even if things are getting complicated as day goes by. Aizer never leave my side. He will always be there to accompany me, morning 'til night. For the whole week, siya lang ang palagi kong kasama dahil hindi parin ako pinapansin nina Alexus, Allyza and Joellen. Buti pa si Cian and Cianna, kinausap na ako.

"Nagtatampo parin 'yan. Of course who would thought, the girl they're always with is hidding a very nasty secret." sabi ni Cianna.

"Well, even I. It was surprisingly frightful. Of course, we're all clueless, that's why we quite get mad." sabi naman ni Cian.

"They already talked to me. For sure they will talk to you soon." Zel said and she drinks her juice.

"Don't worry." Aizer suddenly said as he tightly held my hand.

Kami lang ang nandito ngayon sa cafeteria. Hindi namin nakita yung tatlo, mukang sa kabilang cafeteria sila nag lunch.

Hay... I still have a problem at home and I'm still stuck at this situation in school. Saan naman ako lulugar?

After, the talk I had with paps. Hindi siya sumasabay during breakfast at hindi naman ako nag didinner sa bahay dahil sa labas kami always nag didinner ni Aizer, at hindi ko pa ulit siya nakakausap.

"What's the matter?" Aizer suddenly asked kaya napatingin ako sa kaniya.

"Huh? Nothing..." I simply answered at bumalik ang tingin ko sa harapan.

Kakatapos lang ng classes namin at kaalis lang namin sa RU. Just like the other days, driver ko na naman siya. At kakainin na naman kami sa labas bago niya ako ihatid pauwi.

"Something's bothering you, care to share it to me?" aniya ulit.

"It's just about trivial matters. You don't have to worry."

"You sure?" aniya ulit at marahang tumango nalang ako.

How can I share it to you? Eh, ang pumapasok sa isip ko ay ang pinag-usapan namin ni Paps. And it's about you. About this relationship. About us. About me. About the things that bind to happened in the future.

I wish these, the things I am worried about, will not go straight to its order. Sana nga may magbago, pero pa'no naman 'yun.

Na-frufrustrate nalang tuloy ako araw araw dahil sa mga nangyari.

That night, after the dinner date again with Aizer ay inihinatid niya agad ako sa bahay. Nang makarating ako, ay sina Clayd, Blake at Zel lang ang nakita ko sa living room. Paps and Mr David were still not home kaya dumeretso agad ako sa kwarto ko at hindi na bumaba.

I woke up early kasi dadaanan na naman ako ni Aizer at mag bre-breakfast pa ako. Ayoko namang maghintay yun. Para pagdating niya ay aalis agad kami.

"Elsh." Natigilan ako sa paglalakad when I saw paps standing near the stairs.

"Paps, ah, good morning." medjo na iilang kong sabi, tumango naman siya.

"Can I talk to you for a second?" he asked. Tumango nalang ako kahit na nagtataka. Naglakad naman siya pababa sa second floor at tahimik naman akong sumunod sa kaniya. And he led me to his office.

"Sit down." biglang sabi niya. Tumango naman ako at naupo sa couch.

Then, silence consume us once again. Nakatingin lang ako sa kaniya na may kinakalikot sa drawer ng table niya.

Five minutes had passed kaya napatingin ako sa wristwatch ko and it's already ten minutes before seven.

"Sorry to keep you waiting." Finally, nagsalita na si paps at lumapit sa couch at naupo sa pang-isahang upuang nasa gitna.
