It wasn't anything out of the ordinary. It was just the DBF causing destruction and mayhem, ya know the usual.

"Come on red son why are you doing this? It's gettin pretty old!" Mk pointed his staff at red son, ready to defend himself just incase red son tried anything. "Why do you think bozo?! I would disappoint my parents in destroying you absolute bafoons!!" Red snapped. "Red...i think you're only doing this for your parents. I think you have a secret soft side to you!" Mk teased making a ':3' face. Red son scoffed, "whatever noodle brain just die!" He threw himself at Mk as he struck him with kicks and blows. Mk blocked and swung with his staff red son stopped when he heard his father roar, signaling they were retreating. "ARGH! whatever! We'll be back" red shouted as he turned into flames and dissapeared.

Mk was on a bar stool, stared down at the counter next to tang, he noticed Mk was looking pretty down "hey you okay Mk? You seem pretty upset." Tang placed a hand on his back to soothe him. "I-its just-! I think red son is more than just some meanie who wants to destroy us.. Ya know?" Mk burried his head in his hands. Pigsy gave him a confused face "are you kiddin'? He's our enemy Mk he's tha demon bull family's SON! just remember that before ya feel bad for him okay?" Pigsy put a hand on his shoulder.

"I-i guess..you're right..." Mk said looking down at the counter again, his eyes gave a determined look this time, he settled one thing in his mind.

He was going to find red son and get through to him.

[The next morning]

Mk decided that after work he would try to find red son, he sometimes saw him strolling throughout the city to go to the local market. Another reason to prove Mk's theory of red son being secretly adorable and wholesome!

So after work Mk put on a sweatshirt not thinking of the weather outside and left. He knew around this time red son would be around the town searching for who knows what, but because of the DBF's not so great reputation some of the civilians feared the red demon but he payed no mind to it, he just wanted to get what he needed. He even got along with some of the children from megapolis!

After red son finished and got what he needed he noticed it was rather chilly outside, it didn't bother him at all though due to him being made of literal fire. Red son noticed a small child with long black hair a blue kitty sweater and blue head band with a pink skirt run up to him excitedly, all while a certain monkie kid was watching from an overgrown bush. "Red! Red! Hello!!" The girl ran and gave him a big hug. He hugged back and smiled at the girl "hello alexis how are you doing today?" He gave a small gentle smile at the girl, bending down on one knee getting to her height level. "Gotcha!" Alexis said as she sneakily snatched red sons hair tie causing his hair to fall. "Hey Alexis! Haha" Red son laughed as he tried to snatch the hair tie back. Mk couldn't help but blush, wait blush? as he looked at the hair down red son. He looked majestic, beautiful.. Mk shook his head and kept watching.

"Come on Alexis if you give me my hair tie back I'll bring you whatever you want from the mansion tomorrow" red said smiling. Alexis gave it back and put her two fists up in the air as she ran away screaming "yes! I can finally get that gauntlet I've always wanted!!" Red son put his hair back up and kept walking with a little smirk on his face. Mk watched from the bushes and clutched his shirt where his heart was as he bit his lip with stars in his eyes as he blushed 'red son is so cute! - I MEAN NICE!' Mk thought struggling to get out of the huge, leafy bushes, following red to his next location.

Red son stopped by one more store to pick up one of his favorite fruits from a local fruit market, Mk gave a slight chill due to the breeze picking up. Man he really should've brought a jacket today. He snuck in the market to spy on red son to see what he got 'is this creepy?' Mk thought to himself. He figured it wasn't since he wanted to get some of his favorite jelly straws they sold there anyway.
