Chapter 2

This is it, this is the day I'm moving. Great the last thing I want to do is leave my friends behind, go to a new house and school.
"Alex are you ready?" My mom asked
"Yes I just have to say goodbye" I turned around to face my friends
i sighed "can't you guys just come with me?" I asked knowing the obvious answer
"Sorry boo, we would if we could" Maddie gave me a sad look
"I'm going to miss you, I'll know nobody there"
"Which reminds me, my cousin lives in California and goes to the same high school as you. I showed her what you look like and asked her to look after you so at least you'll have one friend" she smiled "of course not as great as me though"
"Awe thank you, I love you soooo much" i hugged her then I heard will clear his throat.
"Yes I love you guys too" I brought them into the hug"
"Come on Alex we have to go"
"Okay guys that's my cue" I hugged them one last time and got in the car. I watched our YouTube videos until I got tired and fell asleep.
"Honey, Alex wake up" my mom was shaking my knee
"Where are we?" Asked yawning
"Were at our new house"
I looked out our window and it was beautiful and big. I could get use to this. I ran upstairs to find my room and when I saw it my jaw dropped. The carpet was white and so soft, I had a body mirror, walk in closet, huge comfy bed, a flat screen tv, vanity, huge shower and bath, desk with a laptop )pink with diamonds, sadly not real), and crystals (also not real) hanging over my bed. Before I left I saw another door, although I thought it was just another closet I opened it and once again my jaw dropped. I closed my mouth and started jumping up and down while screaming, it was a recording studio just like the one I had back home but better.
"Do you like?" My dad asked
"I love it!" I yelled tackling him into a hug.
After I got all my stuff unpacked (mostly my clothes and small things like that since my bedroom pretty much had everything already) I walked to the nearby park by my house. I sat on a bench and looked around for a moment then got on my phone and posted a selfie on Instagram saying "not to bad but still miss home" after the photo uploaded I heard a whining in front of me and looked down too see a German shepherd.
"Well hello boy" I smiled petting him
"Sorry" a boy ran over sounding out of breath "he usually didn't run off to strangers " he laughs showing his dimple which I find very attractive. Sorry getting off subject.
"Oh it's ok he seems sweet" I said still petting him "Do you wanna set down you sound out of breath"
"Yea sure. He ran so far he even knocked this kid in the water" he chucked a bit
"Poor kid" I laughed
"So are you new?" He asked looking at me
Wow....his eyes are gorgon they're so blue.
"Yea I actually just moved from New York" I nodded
"Oh nice I heard it's great there"
"It is, I had a band there called against the current"
"Oh really that's amazing, I have a band too it called five seconds of summer" he smiled as if he was proud
"Cool maybe I'll look you guys up" I smiled
"Same here" he smiled back and it seemed like we just set there for a second and looked into each others eyes until his dog barked.
I snapped out of it and into reality "well I should probably get going" I got up " nice meeting you" I bent down and pet the dog then started to walk away.
"Wait! you didn't tell me your name" he got up
"Alex! You?" I yelled back
"Luke" he yelled then I walked away.

After Alex left I went home and I looked up her band, there really good. I could see them going somewhere big. She was amazing.... wait what am I saying she was hot that's ALL.

I woke up to my alarm going up, once again falling out of bed. I got up and took my shower then put on some clothes which insisted of skinny jeans and a white shirt, I then blow dried my hair and straitened it, lastly I did my make up. I grabbed my bag and started walking out of my house.
"Bye guys I love you" I yelled before I shut the door.
When I got to the school it was huge, so much bigger then my school.
"Alex?" Someone asked from behind me
"Yes?" I tired around to find some girl
She smiled and hugged me, which was weird.
"Hey it's Maddies cousin, Megan"
"Oh hi" nice to meet you I smiled
"Come in I'll help you out"
I nodded and she walked me to the front office.
"Hey marry, this is Alex she's new" she smiled at the older lady
"Well alright let get you your schedule and locker" she smiled at me. "And I expect you to show her around"
"Eye, eye captain" Megan laughed
While they were talking and my schedule was being made I sat down. Then out of no where the principals door opens and some boy walks.
"And try to stay out of trouble Luke" I heard the principle say
"No promises" he said with a frustrated tone
Wait I know him I saw him at the park.
"Hey" I smiled before he left
All he did was stop and lifted he's eyebrows then rolled his eyes and walked away. What just happened I mean he was so friendly at the park.
"Don't worry about him he's your typical trouble maker I would just stay away from him if I was you" Megan walked up to me "well I got your schedule and your locker"
We walked to find my locker first, after I put all the things in my locker I didn't need we went to fist block which was choir. I was exited since I love to sing of course.
We got in there and everyone looked at me and I noticed look was in here with some of his other friends.
"Who are you" the teacher asked me with a smile
"Alex Constanza" I smiled back
"Well nice to meet you Alex I am Ms.Duffleberg, please take a seat" she motioned so I did as told and Megan sat by me
"Now tell me Alex do you like to sing?" Ms.Duffleberg asked me
"Yes" I nodded
"Alright well give us something"
"As in sing?"
"Yes"
Ok I shrugged.
"Any suggestions?"
"Ooh me me!" Some dude was shouted raising his hand
"You, what's your name?"
"Calum" he winked
"Ok, what song?"
"Have you heard of our band?"
I made eye contact with luke then quickly looked away.
"Uh yea" I nodded looking back at Calum
"Sing she looks so perfect" he smiled
"Ok" I shrugged
Two boys got up too help with the the music and I sat down and started singing. (Video on top)

I finished making eye contact with Luke again. Damn it! Stop doing that!
"That was wonderful" Ms.Duffleberg said clapping along with everyone else.
"Thank you" I smiled
I looked over at Luke and he was smiling. I don't understand him but I guess that's what I like about him.
