Chapter one: Tattoo

     VAL IS PISSED. Furious in that matter. She hates the feeling of being looked down upon, and that's exactly what her Uncles pack was doing.

So here she is, at a Tattoo parlor shop, about to get a tattoo, it's the only thing Val could think of on such short notice, the only other thing that didn't result in her starting a fire somewhere. A bell chimes as Val walks in, the man was already about to give a tattoo to a guy.

"Hey Miss!" The tattoo guy called. Val began to walk over to him. "I have another guy who will be with you shortly." He continued as Val approached, he handed her a pamphlet of Tattoos she could get.

Val observed the tattoo options, considering she didn't have anything in mind.

"Boy good thing you drew me a picture." The man said. Val turned to who he was speaking to.

Her eyes immediately widened.

Scott McCall.

Val's uncle tells his pack that he's in beacon hills for Derek Hale, but Deucalion tells Val about her suspicions of Scott, that's why he missioned her and the twins to spy on him and his friends at school, but Val hadn't expected to be meeting Scott any sooner than then.

"Hey Scott, sure you don't want something like this?" A boy said from beside Val, he was holding up a picture inside the pamphlet of some lizard figured monster.

Scott tilted his head at his best friend while Val took this as her chance to make introduce herself.

"I think it's cool." Val Joked.

"See Scott, this pretty ginger agrees with me and she looks like she knows what she's talking about." The brunette said turning back to his friend.

"It's a nice tattoo but you know extreme for my first one." The McCall boy replies scratching the back of his head.

"Ah, first tattoo." Val mused walking closer to Scott. "How many do you have?" Scott questions looking up at her.

"3, one on my ankle, one close to my hip and one on the back of my neck, all hidden so my parents won't see." She responds.

"Do they hurt really bad?"

"Only a little bit, but you look like a tough guy." Val assumed.

The McCall boy blushed a little bit, turning away from her. It'd been a whole summer since him and Allison broke up, and he has not had much experience being around other girls.

Another tattoo guy walked out from a back room, and the man who was prepping for Scott's tattoo pointed towards him. "He'll get you settled."

Val walked over to the chair and took a seat. Through out the whole time she was getting a small tattoo of a feather, she eased dropped on Scott and Stiles conversation. She heard them talk about their first day of school, having to buy more duct tape; which confused her, some girl named Allison and Derek Hale. She finally got up before paying for her tattoo. She admired the grey feather as she walked home, a sign of peace through out chaos eased Vals mind.

That peace was ripped away for a second as a small burning took place on her wrist. Val quickly preformed a glamour spell to keep the tattoo in place,cursing her werewolf genes healing process.

Val reached her new home, barely a home, she thinks of it as a home because she's never had a real home, four walls and a roof was an illusion in her head for false security.

Val has promised herself to have a real home someday, one not controlled by her parents or filled with evil from her uncles pack, one where her youngest sister doesn't have everything thrown to her feet, a home where she felt appreciated and not despised from her lack of control.

Someday.
