▪Blake's POV▪
"So, what did you sell it for?" Dean asked me. Him, Sam, and Cas were all sitting in a circle around me. They stared at me as I drank the whiskey in my hand.
"I didn't sell it. Crowely had made a bet. Kind of a favor on my part. He owed me for saving his life a few years back. If I could manage drinking a cup of demon blood everyday for a month, then I would keep my soul. Wouldn't cost me a thing. But I had to drink an entire cup everyday. You guys kind of ruined that for me. It was my last day, too." I said. I took another swig.
Dean stopped and counted. I smiled as he used his fingers. The savior of the world still has to count on his fingers. For some reason, I found that really funny.
"Are you saying you made a deal with him the same day Lucifer got out of the cage?" He asked, as he finished counting. I was hoping he wouldn't find that out.
"That would be the day." I confirmed as I got up. The bottle was empty and I went to get more.
Dean didn't like me drinking so much alchohol. He said it wouldnt help. This would be my fifth bottle. But I was talking and moving, so he let it go.
Like he has any room to talk.
"But why? What were the conditions?" Castiel asked as I sat down and drunk a fourth of the whiskey. He was really worried about me.
He was kind enough to try and console me in the cell. Doing that, however, caused him to get in real trouble with Dean.
"You see, our little Shifter has a secret." I heard a voice say from behind me. I didn't have to turn around to figure out who it was.
"Hey Crowley." I said casually. Dean and Sam jumped up. I was so used to Crowley by now. See him almost everyday.
"Really? Intoxication?" He asked as he came and stood beside me. He was patronizing me. I flipped him off, and took a swig.
I was fine with him being here. He really isn't a bad guy. Just as a crappy job. Him and I used to hang out all the time. Sam and Dean weren't as cool with him being here as I was.
"Give her soul back to her!" Sam shouted.
Him and Dean both pulled out their demon knives and pointed them towards Crowley. I looked at him, and we both rolled our eyes.
"Souls. Five to be exact." Crowley said as he stepped closer to Sam. He looked enraged, while Dean looked confused.
"What?" Dean asked. I smiled at him and continued drinking. Why not get myself drunk? I have no soul.
"She gave me all five of her souls." Crowley answered Dean. Once Dean finally understood what we were saying, he got pissed. Not at Crowley, but at me.
"Why would you do that, Blake?" He asked me. More like he shouted it. Couldn't he use manners? I was getting tired of this.
"Because I had no other choice! Crowley was blackmailing me!" I yelled back at him. The bottle in my hand was empty, so I threw it at him.
You see, there was condensation on the bottle. That made it slippery. And with how many drinks I had, my depth perception was off. So, instead of hitting him, it hit the floor and smashed.
Everyone went quiet. Crowley was the one who broke the silence.
"I wouldn't call it blackmailing. I discovered a dirty little secret of hers, and she wanted it quiet." He said in his smart ass tone. He was really pissing me off.
"Crowley, shut up!" I snapped at him. He was being a dick.
"What secret can be so bad that you would sell your souls to him?" Cas asked. He hadn't spoken in awhile. I had forgeten he was here.
"I can't tell you. You wouldn't understand." I said back to him. I meant it for all of them.
"You mean you are having Crowley keep your secret from us?" Dean asked. He sounded really offended, like I had just made fun of his mother or something.
"Yeah. I don't want you guys being a bitch about it." I said. That wasn't completely a lie. It was mostly the truth. Mostly.
"It can't be that bad." Sam stated. Oh, how wrong he was...
"Oh, yes it can. You are all going to hate her. Especially you, Castiel. You see, she-" Crowley said before I cut him off.
"Crowley! You can't tell them!" I shouted. How dare he? He is going back on the deal!
"You want your souls back?" He asked me. He wasn't being nice about it. He was still being a dick.
"Yeah, why?" I said. Wasn't it obvious?
"Then shut your trap! This will be a good story." Crowely said. Wait...he wasn't going to tell them, was he? He better not.
I rather rot in Hell than have Sam, Dean, or Cas find out. Like Crowley said, Cas would be the most pissed off.
"Wait, are you saying if you tell us then she can have her souls back?" Dean asked.
He wanted to know. I could tell it wasn't just that he wanted my souls back. He just wanted to know my secret.
"That is exactly what I am saying." Crowley said like it was the most obvious thing in the world. It kind of was, wasn't it?
"No, Crowley. I don't want them back!" I shouted. I ment it. I didnt want a soul if I wasn't going to live with it long.
"Blake, come on. These are your souls!" Sam pleaded.
He on the other hand couldn't care less about my secret. He wanted my souls safe with me. I would have to thank him for that later.
"Whatever your secret is, I am sure we can handle it." Castiel said. He was trying to be supportive. He was trying so hard.
"Promise you won't freak out and kill me?" I asked. I mean, YOLO, right?
"Promise." All three of them said at the same time. I knew they didn't mean it. They might think they do, but they don't. Not when they find out what I have done.
"Enough with the mushy stuff. Let's get to the good part!" Crowley complained.
I didn't want to tell them. Didn't want to have to face them afterwards. But I have to do this. They were going to find out later, when he came to visit me.
"Crowley, will you leave? I think I should tell them myself." I said. I just wanted Crowley to leave. He wouldn't sugar coat anything; he would just blurt it out.
"And miss the drama? I don't think so. Don't worry though, you won't have to say a thing." He said. He had this devious look on his face. This couldn't be good.
"What do you mean?" I asked. I was hoping he didn't mean what I thought he meant.
"He is already here!" He shouted. And once again, I was wrong. He said exactly what I was hoping he wouldn't say.
I felt his prescene behind me. He was here. There was no sugar coating this all. Everyone knows now. He wrapped his arms around my waist as he spoke.
"Hello, love."
That voice. Just like silk. He always amazed me. Dean, Sam, and Cas freaked. I had thought they would. I mean, who wouldn't. All at once, they said the same thing. Asked the same one word question.
"Lucifer?"
