After 1 year Jake and Autumn got married. They were so happy that they're finally together and no one could keep the apart.
Then after another year, they had twins. A boy and a girl. They're names were Daniel and Athena. They grew up as nice kids and never got in trouble and it's all because of their parents.
Autumn and Jake are now 32 years old and still living with their twins and a pomeranian named Jeff.
Jake and Autumn never gave up to be with each other. Even if they were separated for 5 years and even if Autumn couldn't remember anything. They still managed to love each other. Because that's how love works. If you're meant to be for one another, it will find it's way. Even if you're miles apart.
Jake and Autumn promised to each other that they will last forever and always.
