It was my first day after transferring from my former school. This was my 3rd time, and I was back into my hometown.
After tiring classes, this was our last for today.
"Alright class. Settle down. Let's wait for the photography club to join in and then start off our lesson.."
In a while, the door opened and the first thing I saw was, you. Unintentionally my eyes landed on you, but couldn't move away from you.
I genuinely tried; tried not to fall for you as you smiled brightly at me. Well, I guessed it was me initially, but you were smiling at Jane; the girl in front of me.
Trying my best to not let my feelings slip off the hook, I fixed my sight at the open book in front of me. Nonetheless, my sight wandered to and fro from the book, to the teacher and back to you. However, as I followed yours; both our gaze finally landed on Jane.
With a sigh, I turned away.
"Class, don't forget the assignment that'll secure your final grades and study well" our history teacher walked out and that was the end of our last class.
There was a special place I always stopped by after school. It was my escape and my place of comfort. The faint memories of coming there with my mother made the place special; and particularly the big tree, underneath which, I found my insight for writing.
Ever since I've fallen for you, my pen seems to jot your name alone and strive to depict how perfect and flawless you are. How bright you shine among others and my heart wished to keep you hidden inside these words and paragraphs.
Silly me.
I tried to make you mine this way, since this was the only way I was confident at.
