"Hey Jane, did you see an article collection? The one with cherry blossom on the front page?" I searched the entire shelf since morning.
"You mean the one that was aired recently?" She asked and helped me search it.
I nodded. Scratching my head as trying hard to remember where I might have put it. I was asked to find it for the coming festival.
The bell rang.
"I have my permission to stay and finish the work. You go attend the class, I'll try to find it."
Jane's such a kind person, I can't blame you for falling in love with her, she's one of a kind.
"Thank you. I'll see you later."
She nodded and I headed for the class. As I walked across the hallway, I saw you. Again with your camera you were playing with the puppies there near the school gate.
What's so precious in doing what you do that you just skip classes like that?
Maybe it's the same reason for which I see you happy only when you're sneaking around with your camera."Is he again busy with the shoot for festival? He's always skipping maths classes" the teacher bombed at his absence. "Did anyone see him?"
"Sir" a student stood up "he's probably playing-"
"I saw him running to infirmary!" I cried out, cutting that student in between. "Maybe he's injured"
"Ahh alright. Class president make sure you make him attend the classes now onwards. School festival shouldn't be an excuse for you all!"
"That was a close call. Is it that important?" I hissed at him as he sat there sipping his juice.
But the truth is, I have no right to worry about you."Do you want to accompany me today?" he eagerly waited my response.
"What are you even thinking of?" I surely would want to be where you are, but I can never read what's in your head. You're so unpredictable.
"After our study hours, let's go to the forest that's few lane away from the bridge"
"Seriously? You know it'll be late by the time we finish our study hours." What's in that mind of yours?
"If you're tagging along, meet me at the basketball court this evening. Jane's quite busy with her exams. So let us go instead." He got up and waved me bye.
Priorities does hurt. But since I've come this far to talk to you head on, let me push myself a little more until I'll be used to this feeling.

."I didn't quite expect you would come along" he smiled on seeing me as I walked along the basketball court.
It was a relief ; I guess it makes things easy that you expect nothing from me, so I've nothing to loose and hide. I no longer need to be conscious around you.
"But I'm glad you did" he pulled out a torch from his bag "cell won't be enough. Come. Let's go." I followed along.
After an hour of wandering around the path that looked only the same of what we walked through each time, after all the hard walking - I forgot all the complaints upon reaching the spot. It was breathtakingly beautiful. A place heaven won't be offended to be compared to.....
I waited underneath the huge tree as you trolled around taking shots of the firefly lit forest that looked like pretty fairy lights put up just for the two of us. It was so pretty and so were your glistening eyes against the light that was flickering in the gloom of darkness.
"Finally done." He came and sat next to me.
Seeing how contented your eyes were, I couldn't help but ask why was it so important to you.
"Why are you working so hard for the festival?"
You turned at me and with a subtle smile returned your gaze to the camera you held dearly. "I want to be remembered."
I couldn't say anything, I need not ask any further.
Your eyes answered it all.
It was indeed important and precious for you.
As for me, I'm happy helping you to be remembered, although that would never be the case for me; because I'll never forget you.
I'll make every being of me to remember you. Always.
