Emily's pov

I woke up after the boys of course

Tom saw me "hey good morning sleeping beauty" he said smiling (as shown above)

I smiled back a bit tiredly as slider came out of the bathroom

"Slider?" I said

"Yes?" He replied

"You stink" I smiled as I laughed along with Kazansky

He kept quiet as I got up

"Sleeping beauty?" Tom said

"Yeah Kazansky?" I replied

"You reek" he replied laughing, slider as well as I threw slider a shirt

"Oh shut up slider" I said

"Go suck a dick" he replied

"Yours preferably or toms?" I replied

"You're such a dickhead you know that em?" Slider said

"Or what? You continuously being an ass or what huh?" I fired back

"Or what? Can't get enough of the slider huh there princess?" Slider fired

"Hey watch it now I'll have Tom hard deck your ass alright" I said

"Yeah and then getting it again right baby?" Tom stated

"Tom don't you start on me now ok?" I said going to him and helping him fix his uniform "there, handsome as always" I added while smiling

He smiled softly and looked at me as he softly kissed me

"I love you" Tom said

"I love you too sweetheart" I replied

A few minutes later I got done getting ready as we got breakfast then we had to go to the classroom

We sat in the same seats as we did before

Viper spoke up "good morning everyone"

Everyone nodded their heads

"I want to talk about how the first groups exercise went and how we can prevent any accidents. Understood?" Viper said as we nodded

We watched what we did yesterday in the sky

Bingo

My move

I was shot down

It was my fault

After that the lights came on

Tv went off

"Why are you dead Bradshaw?" Viper had asked me

"I anticipated of taking the shot sir" I replied

"Will your nephew and Carole will accept that at your funeral?" He asked

"No sir" I replied, trying not to cry as I felt Tom hold my hand as slider patted my shoulder as I looked where my dear brother and maverick sat they gave a sad 'we're sorry' look but I just looked away, angry with myself

"Will you do better?" Viper asked me

"Yes sir" I replied

"Will you show your talents to your nephew if you don't show up dead?" Viper asked, I knew he was getting to me

"I'll show him what I got, sir, but all do respect I treat him as a son. He's my nephew, my little wingman when I'm home, I'm not letting him down, even if I have to sacrifice my life for him, sir" I replied

Viper nodded at my confidence for my little wingman "I like your style Bradshaw" he said smiling

"He'll be proud of you for doing this including his future if he chooses to be just like you" he added

"Thank you, sir" I replied, nodding my head

I looked at Tom and Slider they had smiles on their faces which made me smile myself

After class and being in the air

We were able to have a family day today yet again

Slider, ice, myself along with my brother and maverick were waiting for Carole and Bradley

We eventually saw them

"Auntie Emily" Bradley said running to me

"My little wingman" I said as I caught him as I picked him up carefully as I carried him on my left hip

"I missed you" Bradley said as he gave me a kiss on the cheek

"I missed you too little Bradshaw, have you kept mommy company?" I asked him

"Yeah" he replied, smiling

"Oh Emily?" Carole said

"Yeah what's up?" I replied

"He made something for you" she said as she had a gift in her hands

"Bradley you didn't have to man" I said

"I love you auntie em" he said

"I love you too" I replied

"Want help opening it em?" Carole asked

"Yes please?" I asked

"Nick why you don't help your sister unwrap her gift from little Bradley?" Carole asked

He sighs as the rest of us chuckled a little bit

He got it open for me as it revealed a picture frame when he was first born

"Oh man look at that" my dear brother said, looking at me

I started to cry happy tears as I saw another frame with the boys and one with nick, Carole and Bradley

"Aw Bradley I love it" I said looking at him

He hugged me as I returned the favor

"I love you auntie em" Bradley said

"I love you too buddy" I replied

As the day went on we all continued on with our family day and spent time together with family and friends

It was that time of day where we had to go back and say our see ya laters to family and friends that came to visit

It was late at night so we went to bed
