Part four

Iceman's pov

It has been a little over a couple of weeks since the tragic accident with goose

I've been doing the best I could to help Emily with her pregnancy

The others have helped her as well

When Emily was able to get a good reading on what gender her and I will be having in just a couple of months

I had to be called for another mission but she went to go to see what gender it is

I was nervous but also sad at the same time because I wasn't going to be by her side for this appointment

Slider reassured me every now and then until we got back

"She'll be fine iceman" slider said through the comms

"I don't know man" I said "what if I screw this mission up and end up like her brother?" I added

"You'll be fine Kazansky" Maverick said coming onto the comms

"She has cougar and the others on the ground with her so don't worry about it to much alright" Maverick added

"She's a tough one" slider said a moment after Maverick

"Make her, your child, your soon to be nephew, your soon to be sister in law and goose proud you understand Kazansky" Maverick said

Emily's pov

As soon as I got to where my appointment was scheduled at

I knew ice was going to be a quite long with the mission he was called in for

A few minutes later after the ultrasound

I found out that I was having a boy

So I went back to my room that I shared with ice and slider

I planned on surprising ice with a little note

A few minutes later

I finished what I did for ice

I waited til ice and slider came back

A while later

The boys came back

Clean and fresh

Ice saw me and smiled "hi babe" he said as he came over to kiss me

"Hi" I replied as I gave him a kiss

"Hey striker" slider said

"Hey" I replied to slider

"Tom I have a surprise for you" I said smiling

"You do?" He said confused

I gave a wink to slider as he smirked knowing what's going to happen

I gave Tom his gift

The note saying

'Hi daddy I love you very much already and mommy as well too. I'm your little wingman, I can't wait to meet you soon, love you, love your son'

He looked at me as I smiled at him "surprise baby" I said

"We're having a boy?" Tom asked as I nodded

He came hugged me as I giggled and hugged him in return

Slider came and joined the hug with us

"Congratulations guys" slider said

"Thanks slide" Tom said as I agreed

Slider soon was the same height as my stomach

"Now you listen here mister, don't start giving your poor mama a hard time alright or I'll have to go after you, understand" slider said as he got chuckles out both of Tom and I

"I believe he heard you" I said

"What should we name him?" Tom asked

"How about Jake Seresin" slider recommended

"Call sign hangman?" Tom also recommended

"I really like how you boys think" I said smiling
