"You know, smoking is really bad for you," Kid Flash said while walking up to me, I knew I was fucked but I didn't realize I was morally fucked. I was leaning against an old building.
"Oh trust me, I know but I just don't care," I said as I blew the smoke into his face, he waved it away I then watched as my cig was taken from me thanks to Miss M. I stood up straight
"Oh hell no!" I said while walking away I was quickly grabbed by Superboy as the heroes surrounded me. Since my wrists were being held behind my back I couldn't fight back, ha that rhymed, anyways I'm completely fucked.
"You have GOT to be kidding me... caught by the kiddie league on my smoke break? not cool man, so not cool," I said as they took me back to the mountain to get questioned by the Batman.

I didn't bother fighting against Superboy but I did, however, not cooperate with Batman. What was he expecting me to do? he tried getting Miss M to creep into my mind but I knew how to keep her out, I was trained by Deathstroke after all. I sat in the interrogation room for two hours daydreaming about how I could escape. Batman entered the room,
"Aye Batsy, can I have a smoke yet? I might answer I few questions if you say yes" I said casually, I wasn't desperate for a smoke... not quite yet but it would be nice seeing as my last one was interrupted, it would be nice to get out of these handcuffs though.
"You shouldn't be smoking at your age" was all he had to say I scoffed and rolled my eyes,
"Like you know how old I am" I sneered in response, I fucking hate people who interrupt my smoke breaks.

"I know who you are, Rebel," Batman stated, I raised an eyebrow but before I could say anything he continued.
"And I know you were diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder a few years ago" he continued, acting like he didn't just drop a bombshell of personal information. I slammed my hands on the table as I stood up growling,
"You don't know jack shit so get lost!" I almost yelled at him, I would've too if it weren't for the fact that I already had others yelling at ME to stay calm.

"Rebel" Batman said calmly, he waited for a response.

I blinked

that's not my name, no wait it is right? technically it is but it's really not. Why does everything get so confusing so quickly? I sighed then looked at Batman, we're in an interrogation room.
"So what if you know of a little diagnosis, huh? that doesn't mean anything," I said while sitting down, it's not like he knew anything else about us.

"What's your name?" Batman asked, without thinking I went to answer "Rebel" but that wasn't right, I stuttered as I remembered MY name,
"Edge is- is my name, I- I don't know why- why I'm here- here" I managed out before taking a deep breath and looking down,
"I'm going to ask you some questions Edge," Batman said I could tell he was analysing my behaviour, I only nodded in response as he started the interrogation.

"What's your name?"
"How many alters are in the system?"
"How old are you?"
"Are you all bad?"
"What can you tell me about Deathstroke?"
"Where's Renegade?"

"Where's Renegade?"
"Edge, where is Renegade?"
"Edge?"
"Edge!"

I quickly looked around I was surrounded by the kiddie league, I narrowed my eyes while thinking of a way of escaping.
"Where am I?"
"You're at mount justice, you agreed to cooperate with Batman and-" I cut Kid Flash off,
"Where's Renegade?" I spat, not wanting to be around these heroes much longer, they all looked confused before Aqualad responded and answer my question.
"He is not here, you-" again I cut the hero off,
"I don't give a damn about me, I'm leaving" I stated as I walked away, everything went dark.
"Power outage, the backup generator should kick in soon" Aqualad stated, this gave me enough time to find a hiding spot.

"Boo!" Renegade's voice echoed in the vents causing me to flinch and then smack the back of his head,
"Idiot! What are you doing?" I asked as I started crawling again, he followed behind me and directed me where to go
"Getting us out of here, wasn't it obvious?" Ren replied, I chuckled in response I could've guessed that. We dropped down in front of the zelta tubes and made our exit, back to Gotham.
"This doesn't look like Gotham, Ren," I said while walking out of the dark alleyway, Renegade climbed to the roof of the closest building to get a better view of the landscape,
"Doesn't matter, we have to go before the kiddie league catches up," he said as I climbed up to the roof.
