Y/N's POV:

A day has passed since the whole Suzie thing. Like i said i can't assume if she is real or fake. Me and Max were outside her house on the road skateboarding. She been teaching me how ever since last year. I know the basics, I can't do some crazy flip. Maybe one day i will be able to. But not today. Max gave me one of her old skateboards. I was very thankful. She told me it was her favorite skateboard she's ever owned .'If this was her favorite, why did she give it to me?' We continue skateboarding until i accidentally leaned to far back. I fell on my back and winced in pain.

"Are you okay?" Max said running over to me. I got up and played it off cool,"I'm cool, thanks." I smile painfully. "Hi.".I hear a small voice behind me say. I turn around and see Eleven. "Hey." I smiled. "Hi?" Max said. It sounded more like a question. "Can we talk?" Eleven asks slowly looking at the ground."To who me or Y/n?" Max asks pointing to the both us. "Both of you guys." Max looks at me,waiting for my answer. "Yea. We can talk."

'What the hell did you get yourself into Y/n?' I sigh loudly as Max paces around the room, listening to Eleven's relationship drama. "He said he missed me and then hung up." Eleven says. "Asshole." I whisper under my breath. Max nods in agreement,"He's a piece of shit." Eleven looked at us confused,"What?"
"He's lying to you Eleven! His Nana isn't even sick! He's probably talking to Lucas and Will in his basement right now!" I exclaim. Eleven turned to me, "But friends don't lie." She said softly.

"But boyfriends do." I nod in agreement with Max."They do, all the time" Eleven makes eye contact with me,"Do you lie Y/n? You could be someone's boyfriend. Would you lie?" I look at Max and quickly look away,"Uh-No. I'd try not to...uh- IDK! THIS IS BETWEEN YOU GUYS LEAVE ME OUT OF IT!"
Max sits down on the bed with Eleven and grabs her hands. "Your gonna stop calling him," Eleven nods signifying she understand,"Your going to ignore his calls. As far as you're concerned he doesn't exist." El leans in closer,"He doesn't exist?"

"Not literally." i say staring at the ceiling.Max continues,"He treated you like garbage."
"You wanna know my advice?" i question.
they both turn towards me. Interested in what i have to say,"Dump his ass." I bluntly say. El looks at Max for help. Max nods. I stand up off the floor," Okay that was awkward. Why don't we go to Starcourt or something. I want to see Steve and i want some ice cream. Soooo?" Max stands up, "C'mon let's go have fun." She extends a hand towards El. She takes it happily and make our way to the mall.

We get off the bus that drove us to the mall. I look at El and she seems panicked. Before i said anything Max said it first," What's wrong?" Max put her hand on El's shoulder. "There's so many people." El says looking at Max. I whisper under my breath," Well it is a mall." Neither of them heard me. Eleven continues talking,"Against the rules." I turn to look at her,"Seriously?," Eleven faces me,"We have super powers. We make our own rules." I walk forwards and they follow behind me.

We run into the main shopping area. Eleven looks around in awe at the shops and people. "So what should we do first?" Max asks. El looks at her awestruck. "Max, I don't think El here has ever been shopping.Have you?." El shakes her head. I smile at Max. "I guess we're gonna have to do everything." Max says looking at us both. "C'mon." Max says grabbing El's hand, El then grabs mine. We run into 'Gap'. El and Max look at the clothing while i help them pick out some clothing. El looks at all the clothing. She looks up at a mannequin, with a teal colored shirt on the torso. Max looks up at it."Do you like that?" Max asks El. "How do I know",El looks at us,"What i like." "Try it on," I recommend,"and if you feel like you would wear it and feel like it fits you, you like it."

I watch as Max and El come in and out of the dressing rooms with different clothing on. I tried to be honest with them,"I don't know,El i feel like your color is definitely blue." or "Max try it, without the hat on." They seem to like my constructive criticism. I sit there and watch El and Max laugh at each other's clothing and compliment each other. Max tries on different sunglasses. El put on a jumper that fit her well. "That's the one." I told El. She smiles brightly at me.I turn to Max and hand her a pair of red sunglasses,"These look best on you. In my opinion." Her smile brightens as she put them on.

We walk out of 'Gap'. Me holding El's bag of clothes. Not because they made me because i wanted to. El where's her new jumper and Max wheres her new sunglasses. I smile as they walk in front of me. They link arms and start laughing. "Y/n get over here." El calls me over. I slightly jog to them. "What's up?" Max and El giggle at my confusion."Link arms with me." Max says. I link arms with Max while we continue walking. They went into some studio place. To have pictures taken of them. I was going to stay behind but they dragged my inside.We got dressed up and took photos.We changed clothes multiple times.

We went to some shoe store. El wanted to try on some high heels. Me and Max held on to her arms so she wouldn't fall. But she fell anyways. We all started laughing. I helped El up, while we continued laughing. We earned a dirty look from 4 girls. We all looked at each other and laughed even more.

We hid behind a wall while watching the girls from earlier. They were in a group of 5, most of them holding drinks in their hands. With one flick of El's head, one of the girls drinks exploded in her hands and got all over her and her friends. We gasped and and started having a laughing fit. We ran away as fast as possible.

We finally made it to Scoops Ahoy! We walk in and Steve was managing the cash register. "Hey Y/n.
Max, El." He waved to them. "Hey where's the love of my life?" I asked Steve referring to Robin. "She's on break. What do you guys want?" We said our orders and waited for Steve to give us our ice cream. "Okay here you go, Strawberry," He gave the ice cream to Max,"Vanilla with sprinkles and here is yours Y/n." "Thanks" We said in unison. "Oh by the way Steve i won't be home tonight. I'm staying at El's with Max." He nods and winks at me. I make a disgusted face while eating my ice cream."Wait, are you even allowed to be here?" He asks El. We all look at each other and start laughing then we run away.

As we're walking out Max and El switch ice creams "Gross that's how people get diseases" They both chuckle at my statement. 'What's so funny? I was being serious. When they get sick they can't come crying to me.'

"Oh you've got to be kidding me." Max says walking over to the side. Eleven by her side. I follow behind them." Well isn't this a nice surprise!" Max shouts at the boys. "Well i be a son of a bitch." i say under my breath. Mike drops his bike and points at El,"What are you doing here?" 'Controlling much.' "Shopping" El says blankly. I stand next to El. "This is her new style, what do you think." Max smiles amusingly. "You know she's not allowed to be here." Mike says looking at Max. He is so SO fucking controlling over El. "SHES NOT YOUR FUCKING PET MIKE!" I yell at him. The ice cream in my hands melts immediately. I burn the cone as well. I drop it to the ground and leave it there.

"IM NOT TREATING HER LIKE SHES MY PET!" He shouts back. Before i could say anything else.El speaks,"Then why do you treat me like garbage." Mike looked around,"What?" "You said Nana was sick." She calls him out.
"She is." Mike says looking at Lucas for help.
'You lying son of a bitch'
"She is." Lucas chimes in.
"She is sick" "yea." "Like super sick."
Lucas continues,"That's why we're here actually."
Mike points towards the mall,"Yea, we're shopping not for us but for Nana," he looks at the ground while continuing,"We also came to get a gift for you. But we couldn't really find anything because i only have 3 dollars and 5o cents so it's hard."

I give them the most dumbfounded look. These bitches are the worst liars ever. If your going to lie at least be good at it. I roll my eyes at the idiots i call my friends. Except for Will he hasn't said anything's since we came. He probably just doesn't want to be involved. I can't blame him. "You lie, why do u lie?" El's voice brought me back to reality. Mike looked down not saying a word. She walked towards him, face to face with him now. 'Punch him in the gut' My wish came untrue but something did happen."I dump your ass!" She shouts in his face. Max's mouth is agape. While the others were dumbfounded including me. We hear the bus stop behind us. We leave the boys shocked while we get on the bus. Max and El laugh and high five each other. I smile widely at El and gave her a thumbs up. She gave me a thumbs up back.
