"We could never be together your a wolf I'm a vampire." He laughs and smiles an evil but sad smile. He's right he was my best friend but I don't love him like that I loved him like a brother.

I pad off into the bush and put clothes on. "Austin you dont want to do this. I'm sorry I didn't return your feelings it's not because you weren't a wolf it's because you were my best friend I loved you like a brother." He looks torn and glances at me then into the woods. I hear a evil laugh that sounds like a girl. A chick with purple hair who looks pissed walks out and rubs Austin's shoulder "oh sweetie but he does" she tilts her head back and laughs. "I'm the one running the vampire camp just to let u know and we do plan on killing or making wolfs our slaves we don't care for them and we will be back for you oh and my names violet." She laughs then they disappear into the woods. I send out to everybody is everybody ok I get back yeas form everyone thank God my packs fine. I turn around and walk back toward the house petting alexis and cody. He looks at me and turns his head. U alright he sends yea just a little shocked he was my friend

I push him over and he roles right back on to his feet and ounces on me. " ok ok you win" I laugh while he's licking my face. He jumps off and send that's what I thought little girl "hahaha I'm still your alpha little boy you gotta listen to me. "Yea yea " better listen to me now go get dressed" I gently grab his tail and he looks back and me and growls I laugh and let it slide through my fingers.

I wait in the den as the rest of the pack shifts and dresses. Cody comes down and tickles me.

I squeal and wiggle around. I smack her and he wraps his arms around my waist. He puts his head on my shoulder and tickles my neck with his stubble that he needs to shave.

Everybody's here now codys still holding me from behind which is my favorite way to be held.

" ok everybody " I pause and run my hand through my hair and lean into cody.

" that vampire the guy we were friends but he's mad because he loved me and I never gave him a chance but I think he really doesn't want to do this I think the vampire chick named violet is behind it all but no matter who's idea it is we need to try to stop which means our best chance is convincing Austin to be on our side and to help take out violet. "

I look around at my pack and they all look like they agree.

" if no one has questions you may be dismissed I'm going to bed."

They nod and leave the room. Cody snuggles his head into my neck. I lean up and place and kiss on his lips. He kisses me back and picks me up and carries me to our room I giggle all the way there. He lays me down on the bed and kisses me his kiss is possessive and full of love.

I'm so freaking happy to be with him. He kisses down my neck them whispers I love you in my ear I whisper it back. I pry myself from him and get up and go into the bathroom to change into a tank top and shorts.
