CHAPTER FIFTY SIX: THE SAME

SOUJIN POV

"What was that for?" I asked as I sorted out my papers, and something black flashed through my eyes.

There was a black coat that was thrown towards me, it was Yeonjun's coat. As I looked up, my eyes widened as I stared at the person before me.

"I know you're sharing a room with friends, but that doesn't mean that it would be safe knowing I can't trust that dude. Plus, you're wearing Ms. Seoyoung's lace pajamas, so wear Yeonjun's coat," Jungkook said, and I sighed as I looked down at the coat, his ears were red as he diverted his attention to a wall.

"Thank you, but.... Yeonjun probably wouldn't like it if I-"

"You can use it whenever you want! I don't want creeps like Jungkook staring at you, Soujin! He's so annoying and troublesome so stay away from him!" Yeonjun argued and Jungkook glared at him.

"I'm the creep?! Atleast I'm not a nuisance like you! Who even told you to tag along?" Jungkook argued back.

"You take that back! Yuuri noona entrusted me to help Soujin! You're the one bothering us!" Yeonjun said and I groaned as I slammed the papers, and Yeonjun and Jungkook's eyes widened.

"You two stop that, right now!" I said, and they both stayed silent.

"It's late at night and you both are disturbing people. Don't you forget we're staying in a hostel with people, and you're disturbing me from doing anything for this case!" I said, and they both hung their heads low.

"Yes ma'am," they muttered, and the door slowly opened.

"Hm? Soujin is so cool for having both of you silent like that, I heard your fighting from the next room I thought Seoyoung noona was gonna have to come in person to beat you up," Taehyung smiled cheekily as he walked in.

"Taehyung, shut up," Jungkook said and Taehyung sighed as he held something up.

"Look, look! It's something me and Hoseok found in my room! It's so old!" Taehyung said as he shoved it to Jungkook.

"This... is...?" Jungkook asked.

"Remember back in the days when polaroid cameras were such a hot item? I hope you remembered my trusty old camera, Binji! Although he was kinda broken since Jihoon accidentally dropped it in water," Taehyung sighed as Jungkook stared at the album.

"Are these the pictures you took when we were still kids?" Jungkook asked as he sat down on the bed, me and Yeonjun either side of him.

He slowly opened the album, and we both stared down at the pictures pasted down. They were pretty yellowish and old seeing as they were almost a decade back.

There was a picture of two identical boys, one has black hair, and one has very dyed blonde hair.

"This is my first picture with Binji! It's Jihoon and Jungkook, and Jihoon dyed his hair by himself, he looks like a banana now! Jungkook always told him not to do it by himself!"

The second picture was two tall men, one was wearing a lab coat, and one was in a buzzcut, his expression looked annoyed as the one in a lab coat was laughing.

"Namjoon and Seokjin hyung! Seokjin hyung just got a haircut today! He looks bald that Namjoon kept rubbing the top of his head!"

The third picture was a boy shooting a water gun at another boy. They both had black hair, and they were in swimming trunks together.

"Beach time! Yoongi and Hoseok hyung are playing! Look how Yoongi hyung is able to shoot Hoseok hyung ten feet away!"

The fourth picture was a young girl wearing a middle school uniform. She was holding a trophy and she's beside someone, they were both smiling happily.
