Episode 2 - The Stranger In The Black Robe

Susana stared at Bryan’s collapsed body with astonishment. She never expected to see her brother like this after all these years. His skin has turned pale and there were several scratches on his whole body and blood was gushing out of it. He was moaning in pain while Susana was lost in confusion.

The next clap of thunder brought her back to senses. She pulled him inside and closed the door. Then Susana pulled Bryan to the nearby couch. Whatever it was she realized it was something terrible. And she needed to put a stop to it.

She lit a floating candle and released it nearby were the light touches both of them. Then she went to the room and brought the first aid kit.

Then she took a green color potion which was a strong healing potion designed by Dr. Vladek.

She poured the contents in the bottle to Bryan’s mouth, and watched the progress of the healing process.

She was more surprised when she saw that the potion did not work.

Its impossible Susana thought it works on any human.

Human the word struck in her mind in an instant. She didn’t know why. She took a closer look on Bryan once again.

His skin was pale as a white sheet and she thought it occurred because he was weakened. Then she saw something strange in his jaw. His eyes have turned into sparkling red like her.

Without thinking twice she opened his mouth and realized what had happened to him.

Bryan had turned into a vampire.

She felt everything was like a nightmare since Bryan showed up at her door step. She felt more helpless than she was.

Susana couldn’t control herself when she saw Bryan in pain. She decided to seek all the answers later. She ran to her room and brought the bottle of goat blood which she kept for her needs and poured it into his mouth.

Bryan screamed in agony like a wild animal that got attacked by a hunter. The bottle fell from Susana’s hand and shattered to pieces as his noise echoed in the abandoned mansion Dr. Vladek came near the couch. Bryans scream weakened slowly and he vomited the blood to the floor

“What’s going on here Susana?” He came near and stopped when he saw Bryan. “What is he doing here at this hour?”

Susana explained how she found Bryan up at the door step. Dr. Vladek looked carefully at Bryan’s feeble body on the couch.

“Take him to a bedroom, I’ll be there in a minute” Susan nodded to Dr. Vladek’s decision.

Susana took Bryan to a room which Dr. Vladek use to keep “Special” patients until they gained a full recovery. He did this long ago until he found out some potions in his laboratory went missing. After that incident he decided to treat patients only at the hospitals. The only patient he brought home after that incident was Susana.

While working with Dr. Vladek she saw how ugly this place was. One day she suggested cleaning the place staring from his lab. Therefore she decided to ask for his approval before making her move.

“You do what the hell you want Susan, but do not lay a finger on things in my lab and in my bedroom”

The next day Vladek had to go to the Town of Jade willow and it took a whole day to finish his work. And he came home very late.

When Vladek entered the door he saw all the whole mansion was totally clean except his lab and his bedroom. Susana gave him a smile of welcome.

Vladek looked at her face and went to his room.
