Part 6

The last time i seen Robert was Monday. It was now Thursday. I haven't been to school as my hay fever has been playing fuck with me. Im either crying over plants. Sneezing like 10 times in a row. Have a pounding headache. Snuggling to breathe or even wanting to sleep all the time. I woke up Tuesday morning and waked downstairs and my dad shouted at me because he thought i was high. Bitch its called having hay fever. Yeah he did listen to me because he said "you are definitely not going to school like that" was his words.

Right now it was 3.37pm and i was sitting out on the front garden swing with tight sunglasses on. I wasn't too bad today apart from the sneezing and burning eyes but i needed fresh air. Dorris and peter had gone shopping today and wont be back till 5 so i was basically farm sitting. I was reading my book so i was quite happy until i hear three cars pulling up. I could see that one car was my dads and then fuck it was Roberts car but i have no idea who the third car was.

I stood up as my dad got out of his car and he walked over to me.

"I have said you got terrible hayfiever and here you are sitting where the hayfiever is the most high" he says.

"Oh shush. I need fresh air. Cooped inside isn't fun" i say.

"Definitely a farmer girl" i hear Harrison's voice.

"Hey haz what are you doing here?" I ask.

Then i see everyone. Tom Zendaya twaine harry and sam. Of course Robert and scarlett were here too.

"Mothers meeting or what?" I ask.

"I wanna see your animals" Zendaya says.

"This isn't a zoo. Im not a zoo keeper love" i say smirking.

"I will pay you" she winks.

"Sugar mommy in the making Zendaya i like it" i joke.

"Alright alright enough chit chat. I have invited them all for a barbecue as you were cooped inside but i guess you have been out. Show everyone around" dad says.

"Fineee. Who's coming?" I ask.

Zendaya tom and haz came the rest didn't want to so they went with my dad. I showed them the animals and i said i had to check them all so they all went back. I was putting Hay in the sheep pen when i see a sheep half giving birth but she was struggling.

"Fuck" i curse.

The sheep started bleating really loud so i climbed over the gate and went into the pen with her.

"Oh gosh girl. Come here" i say.

I start to pull the legs of the lamb as it was nearly out of the mother. The head was nearly out and i kept pulling. I ended up slipping and landing in the sheep shit but its all good. I was even sneezing like mad because of the hay. She liquid coming from the sheep was landing all over me then one last pull the lamb came out so i did my best to keep it okay and luckily their eyes opened. I cut the cord and left the mother sheep clean the baby up and i looked down at myself. But then the sheep started bleating again and another lamb was being pushed out.

"How many bloody lambs are in this things" i say to myself.

I try and reach for my phone to ring my dad for help and I remember i left it on charge. I look at my apple watch and my phone wasn't connected as it was so far away.

"Gosh being a midwife to a sheep today i guess" i say to myself again.

I do the same as last time and i think it took about 20 minutes to get this other lamb out. Then the after birth and it was disgusting not going to lie. My eyes were burning and my hands were full of blood and gue. The two baby lambs were out and getting cleaner by the mother sheep.

"I will be back to check on you in a little while mamma. I need a shower" i say to myself.

I climb over the fence again and walk along the back way of the house to the garden. Everyone was sat all around the barbecue eating and i was stood there. Even dorris and peter were there eating chicken.

"Yeah while you all enjoy your food im gonna shower" i say making them all turn around.

"Gosh evans thats not a good look on you. What have you been doing fighting the sheep?" Harry says.

"For a matter of fact harry. Yes basically i have. I could of died" i say.

"Fuck honey what happened?" Dad asks worried and rushing up to me. "Your bleeding" he says touching the blood on my hands.

"Dont touch that. Its sheep blood" i say.

"You did not kill my sheep did you?" Peter asks.

"I give up with the questions. I just helped a sheep give birth to two lambs. Not the best idea in the world mind but i did it" i say.

"Wait really?" Dorris asks.

"Yeah dor i did. Now if you would excuse me i need to shower" i say.

Before i could say harrison had grabbed the hose pipe and was squirting me with it.

"HARRISON OSTERFIELD!!!" I shout.

"Thats my name dont wear it out" he says smirking.

"I hate you" i say.

He laughs and i rush inside. Luckily there was a towel on the side from the washing so i used that and went upstairs to shower. I then changed into biker shorts and a long tshirt which i got a feeing was my dads old one and went back down to the others.

"There she is the sheep giver" twaine jokes.

"I mean luckily i knew what to do as i have watched dad dorris and peter do it before but it was bloody hard work" i say.

We all chat for a bit and i see Robert looking at me with a weird look. He hasn't talked to me all day and i want to know whats up.

"Mr Downey can you help me with the measurements of the new cow food. I have no idea what part is the right measurements. Im no good with maths." I ask.

"Of course. Lead the way" he says.

I lead him into the cow shed and he groans with the smell and i laugh.

"I didn't actually need your help. I have been doing this for a few years" i say.

"Have you been missing school because of me? You dont need to bunk school i will stay away. It was wrong of me to kiss you" he says.

"No no its not that. I have hay fever. Look" i say lifting up my sunglasses to show him my puffy eyes.

"Oh god. I thought it was me" he says.

"No no its not you. Sorry i should of said" i say.

"No worries. Giving me mild heart attacks here miss evans" he says smirking.

"Didnt mean to. Wheres your phone?" i smile while asking.

He takes his phone out and unlocks it giving it to me. Gosh he is good with trusting isnt he. I type my number in and put my name in as "IE". I hand it back and he smiles.

"If you are ever wondering where i am. Text me" i smile.

He nods and walks to me. He was a little taller than me but he leans down slightly and kisses me. I lean into the kiss and one of the cows moo making him jump.

"Not the best place to kiss Mr Downey" i laugh.

"Our little secret okay?" He says.

"Our little secret" i smile.

We head back to the others and the whole night long I couldn't stop smiling.
