Chapter 14: Nothingness

Somewhere in the middle of no where ~

She wakes up in a daze wondering what in the world happened and how she ended up here the cuts she had from moments ago it seemed are no longer there.

They seemed to be healed she was amazed at this so she stood up and as she looked around she didn't see anything but

nothingness like she was in a room with no lights on and she was completely alone. So she started walking to find someway out to get to her

friends and family again.... A while later she finds a door and she goes to open it and when she stepped through the door and a big flash of light... 

With the Others ~

After the battle ~

Kirito, Alice and Eugeo  they finally defeated the Administrator was no more and they were left wondering what to do now and even more so

then ever Eugeo was at a lose in his own thoughts on what happened not to long ago to Kate he was truly wondering if doing all of this in the

first place was worth it at the cost of losing the person who he truly cared for more then he can put into words....

Kirito and  noticed the change in Eugeo and how he was acting he knew it was probably more likely its about Kate he knew that Eugeo even

though he didn't say it. To him himself but Kirito knew that Eugeo had feelings for her but its telling now how strong his feeling were for her

were Eugeo was in love with Kate without knowing it.  Right then Kirito remember why he was there it was to get to the control console to see

what in the world was going on, on the outside world Kirito started to typing on the console then a voice came from the console

"What in the world is going on why can't i log out?" Kirito asked

Eugeo and Alice looked at each other and mouthed

'Log out?'

"Well things aren't going too well here and you can't log out until...."

"What do you mean what's going on?" Kirito asks

"There isn't too much time to tell you what's going on we are running out of time we need to turn off the server"

"Wait..." Kirito was about to say before he was cut off.

"Don't worry everything will be ok you'll just be going in a sleep mode shutting off the server now.." then lighting hit Kirito and he fell to the floor within a second.

Alice and Eugeo goes to catch Kirito, both of them looked at each other unsure what to do now.

"We could take him back to our home town..."  Eugeo says

"Our home town?" Alice asks

"Yeah that would probably be best until we know what in the world is going on" He told her

Alice thought for a moment then she just nodded her head then said

"Ok let's go"

A Couple of months pass ~

Alice and Lunior has been watching and been taking care of Kirito and Eugeo has been helping around just to keep himself busy to

keep himself from his lose of the person who matter the most to him and his best friend who is helpless at this point he does come to visit a

lot to spend time with the three of them to see how things are going.

"How has everything been going Eugeo?' Alice asks him handing him a cup of tea and then she sits next to him

Right then Lunior comes inside from getting firewood from outside he sits down the wood next to the burning fire place after that he goes over to Alice and kisses her on the cheek and she turns to him with a sweet smile.

"Everything been fine just.... Felt at a lose" Eugeo said truthfully

"It's Kate isn't it?" Lunior says then he sits next to Alice

Eugeo sighs and  puts his hand on his chest where his heart is and says.

"I really wished I knew how I felt about her before she died and even more so I really wished I told her how I felt about her before.... Because Maybe I don't know..." He told them

"Even more so I really wished I could have saved her.... Or at least let me take her place instead" he adds saying this he started crying a bit

Alice goes over to him and gives him a hug and after a couple of minutes he calms down and  she let him go from the hug

"Thanks Alice...." Eugeo says

" It's no problem at all if you ever need to talk to anyone just let us know we will be happy to listen to whatever you have to say" Alice says then she looks over at Lunior he nods his head in agreement.

Somewhere in the middle of no where ~

She can't remember what the sun felt like on her skin and she felt so alone she didn't know how long she has been stuck here a Hours...Months.... Years? That she wasn't sure about but for days on days she still was looking for a sign she wasn't alone or a sign of life around her. She sighed

then got back up and continued to walk down the path she has been on......

Months Later ~

Alice got a notice that things aren't going well at all in the dark territory so a group of the remaining knights ended up going to the front lines

and Eugeo came along also Lunior and Kirito because they had no other choice n o one else was willing to help or take care of him.

Alice told the young girls to watch over Kirito she knew that they knew and respected him and cared about him so she knew he would be in

good care a shortly after that Alice walks into the tent that every knight that was remaining was holding a meeting on what's going. Eugeo was

the last one to come in to the tent for the meeting and when he entered every knight besides his two friends were giving him the eye because

of this he sighed then the meeting starts without a problem.
