Chapter 5

Zhou Shiyu is in her room and reading a book about Wang Yi.

Maid Ji enter and say, "Your highness, your food is here." She said and bow in front of her, Zhou Shiyu nod multiple times and smile, "Just put it here." She said and get her books in the table.

The servants enter and put the dishes in front of her, but Zhou Shiyu felt like it's too much for her. The servants bow and was about to leave, but Zhou Shiyu stop them and say, "Aiya! Don't leave.. All of you, eat with me!" She said and the servants look at each other with disbelief in their eyes.

"I know this may not be common but I cannot finish all the food by myself, so you can join me." She said and the servants still hesitate.

Zhou Shiyu stand up and say, "Just sit down and eat with me!" She said and let them sit down in the floor and even pull maid Ji inside the room.

Zhou Shiyu sit down and say, "I am Zhou Shiyu, you can call me Zhou Zhou." She said and get a bowl of rice, the three servants and maid Ji don't know how to react in her behavior.

"Why you guys are still silent?" She asked, "Because you treat us like this." Maid Ji said and Zhou Shiyu knew what she's talking about, she put the chopsticks down and say, "I just wanted to have friends. You know the palace well than me." Zhou Shiyu explain and they nod at her.

"My name is Yu Wai."

"My name is Ah San."

"My name is He Kan."

"And I am Hei Ji, I am known for Maid Ji." Maid Ji introduced herself and Zhou Shiyu was so happy to know them.

"Nice to meet you all.. Let's eat?" She said and everyone smile widely at her, the four servants get a meal with her and everything seems normal.

While Wang Yi is staying in a silent room of her mother.

She sat beside her mother who is asleep in the cold bed and keep holding her hand, they're been like that for 3 minutes.

Wang Yi keep thinking about the past years she spent with her mother, how she protected her when someone is bullying her, and how she taught her how to be brave and fight to the world.

"Mother... When are you waking up?" She calmly asked and didn't notice a tear fall down in her left eyes, Yuan Yiqi show a frown expression seeing Wang Yi like that.

Physician Liu enter and say, "Greetings your majesty." She said and bow in front of Wang Yi, "Sister Qianqian, how's my mother's condition?" Wang Yi asked and approach her.

Liu Qianqian, the daughter of the powerful businessman in the country.

Liu Qianqian sigh and say, "It's still the same, but I notice that the poison is slowly spreading." She explain and Wang Yi seems disappointed to hear that.

"But I already know what kind of antidote can save her." Liu Qianqian said and Wang Yi was surprised to hear that, "What is it?" Wang Yi asked her.

"They call it the Red Lotus." She said and Wang Yi show a puzzled expression, "Red Lotus?" She repeat.

Liu Qianqian nod and say, "Yes. Red lotus."

"Then, where we can find that red lotus?" Wang Yi asked and show a faint smile, "The red lotus is rare.. You need to find a person who have the poison of red lotus."

"A person? What do you mean?"

"A person who was born with a poison of red lotus.. You can recognize that person if that person had a lotus pattern in the skin." Liu Qianqian explain and Wang Yi nod in agreement.

"I'll send more people to search for the person who had a lotus pattern in the skin." Wang Yi said and Liu Qianqian shook her head in disagreement, "It will be risky." She said and Wang Yi don't know how to react.

"She's right, brother Yi.. Ordering someone to find the red lotus will be risky." Yuan Yiqi said and Wang Yi felt so sad to hear that.

"My mother is dying here and I need to move!" She said and seems angry, but Liu Qianqian hold into her arms and say, "Listen to me! We will find that red lotus! Just trust me!" She said and Wang Yi slowly calm down.

Wang Yi sit down in a chair and say, "What's really into this red lotus and it can be that risky?" She calmly asked and Liu Qianqian sigh deeply.

"The red lotus is quite rare.. It can heal any other types of poisons, it can also heal some pain, and even make the wound to heal faster.. But it can only happen, when you drink the blood of a red lotus." She explain and Wang Yi show a sudden disbelief, she slowly approach her and say, "You want me to kill? Is that right?" She asked and Liu Qianqian shook her head.

"No... You can just have her blood, even just a little." She said and Wang Yi finally understand.

Wang Yi sigh deeply and look at the cold face of her mother.

"Okay... I'll find that person." She said and Liu Qianqian and Yuan Yiqi sigh in relief.

But Wang Yi didn't know that the person She's looking for, is already in the palace.
