Leaving his home I turned to Eddie smirking "so is that how I pay from now on?"
A voice spoke up making us both jump. "I mean I don't see why Eddie would say no." Me and Eddie spun around and there was Gareth. Shit. Eddie glared at him "what are you doing here?" Gareth shrugged "regretting the things I heard, and to drop both your bags off. You left them at the picnic table." Gareth passed me and Eddie our bags.

Eddie and Gareth walked ahead they were talking about going somewhere to eat and i followed them.

Eddie's POV

I looked back at y/n she seemed fine so that was good. I could get used to her kisses. I doubt she did relationships though, I was fine with that just I knew she was going to be my new drug. Me and Gareth were talking about eating somewhere together, he was a good kid. Wish he hadn't heard us though.

Y/n POV

I walked behind the boys listening in, adding my input where needed laughing with them when one of them cracked a joke. I then saw saw a cat, nothing else mattered but the cat, I forgot about Eddie and Gareth and pspspsd at the cat, crouching down I held out my hand as it came over mewing. I petted it and I sat down as it climbed onto my lap. I love cats they're beautiful creatures. I stroked the cat while ot purred, completely ignoring the fact the boys had walked ahead. It had probably been 10 minutes by the time they would probably realise I was missing.

Eddie's POV

I continued to talk to Gareth about ideas for our next campaign, I then looked at him. "Is it just me or is it too quiet?" Gareth nodded and we both looked behind us. Shit she wasn't behind us. "Uh Gareth, mate, where is she?" Gareth shook his head.
"I don't know Eddie, how well does she know Hawkins?"
I looked at Gareth "probably not very well she's just moved here!" Gareth sighed, "she couldn't of gone far she probably got distracted by something." I nodded hoping that was true. "I'm going to walk back the way we came see if I can find her." I retraced my steps with Gareth.

"Hey do you hear that man?" Gareth nudged me, I stood still listening "yeah I think I do"
I took of walking quicker, I rounded a corner, and there was y/n. Sat on the floor. With a cat. Of course, of course she was sat down with a cat.

Y/n POV

I looked up and there was Eddie and Gareth, a little out of breath. Gareth shrugged and looked at Eddie "see, told you she just got distracted." Eddie sighed and put his face in his hands and walked over and offered me a hand up. "I can't get up Eddie." He looked at me confused, "why y/n, and don't tell me it's because the cat is asleep on you." I stumbled over my words. "But the kitty I can't wake it up." Gareth was chuckling and I smiled sweetly at Eddie and he sighed.
"It's my cat now." I announced. Eddie and Gareth laughed shaking their heads "no it's not y/n, you cannot take someone's cat!" Eddie laughed.
I looked at them both calmly. "But the kitty chose me!" I sulked. Gareth spoke up, "if you put the cat down you can meet my dog and two cats."
I perked up "fineeee." I woke up the cat "come on kitty, I have to go up you get." The cat meowed and stretched then sauntered off. Sad.
Eddie helped me up. "Before we head to Gareth's you should probably see miss Henderson y/n" Eddie said. I nodded, "alright, I need to change clothes anyway."

They both showed me the way back to miss Hendersons and waited outside.
