Annabeth's POV

"What are you guys doing here in LA?" I awkwardly ask Sam and Natalie. Yes, you heard that right. You remember these two during high school? I can't believe they're both in front of Percy and i. The four of us didn't really had much good memories since they basically tried to ruin my relationship with Percy before but everything is forgiven before our graduation and we didn't hold any grudges between us.

"Sam and i decided to visit LA. We were tired of seeing the same scenery in Amsterdam, but don't get me wrong, it's beautiful there." Natalie answers. I noticed Sam's hand intertwined with Natalie's and knew right here and there, that they were dating.

"Oh wow, how ironic. Anyways, we actually have company so we need to go to our table. Also, we would love to tour you both here in Los Angeles." Percy said which surprises me. I never agreed about touring them but i have no complains though.

"Yeah sure, no worries. Natalie and i were just going to take our take out food and head out, we would love to get together with the both of you." Sam replies awkwardly and i smile. The four of us bid our good bye's and Percy and i head over to Caroline and Jake who are busy talking to the waiter of their orders.

"Who was those two?" Jake asked taking a bite off of his bread stick. "Just some old friends who we go to high school before." I answer giving Percy a nudged on the arm. He looks at me with his 'what's wrong face' and i roll my eyes.

My mind drift off to the memories we had with Natalie and Sam. I realize that my experience in high school was like a roller coaster ride with all of the ups and downs. Those two kind of ruined the whole high school experience but i'm now happy with everything and i'm glad the two of them ended up together. "You okay Annabeth? You seem off right now." Caroline asks concerned and i just gave her a genuine smile to make her sure that i'm feeling well.

The whole night was a honestly a blur. After the heavy dinner we head over to the bowling alley to play, well, the boys did since i was too full from the dinner to move. Jake and Caroline ordered too many food and we even had left overs with us so we won't have to cook food at the apartment, thank gods. Caroline and i chatted for a few good hours to kill time while the boys do their competitive thing.

"Hey, are you mad at me?" Percy asked when i flopped down on the couch still wearing my dress and the uncomfortable heels that had been painfully killing my feet. I groaned, too lazy to move or talk.

"No, i just feel tired. That's all, can you please grab me some water? Room temperature please." I replied massaging my head to remove the obvious head ache that has been bugging me since we got out of the car.

Percy came back with a glass of water in his left hand and a medicine on the other. "Here, take this . It'll make the head ache go away." He hands me two and i immediately gulped it all down. I hope this pain killer kicks in.

"By the way, why did you think i was mad at you? Even though i'm not." I ask lying down the coach to feel more comfortable.
