Chapter 06: The Spilling Session

Chapter 06

Annabeth's POV

"Gods, what was I thinking?!" I thought.

I am now lying on my bed. Washing my face with my hands and groaning.

Why you ask?

Okay let's have some flashbacks...

I just declined Percy in his offer on driving me home. I really don't know what's got in to me but I just know that I had to decline. I walked away and tried to find Caroline. "Hey Cal? Can I hitch a ride from you? Molly left without me and I really don't want drive a cab today." I asked.

"Ow, I'm really sorry Annabeth, but my car is already loaded, my manager Frank, Jake, and Krissy is riding with me. I bet Percy's ok if you go with him." She says. "Umm, I'll just hail a cab. Thanks though." I said and left, when I was about to go out I heard a yell.

"Annabeth!"

I turn around and saw Percy. "What?"

"Caroline just told me that you were hailing a cab so I was just about to tell you that Rufert's going to be staying her for a while with Mr. Cooper and I'll drive. You could just tell me the directions through your hou -" Before he could finish his sentence I cut him off. "No thanks. I can take care of myself, for Zeus sake! I'm a demigod." I said, he was about to say something but I got out of the studio.

I waited for a taxi at the curb but there was no taxi's. I groaned. It was late so there were no taxi's driving over this street.

Someone was behind me and touched my shoulders.

I quickly judo flipped him and he fell in his butt, the guy groaned. "Aw!" I saw Percy's face. Red.

"Percy! Oh gods, I am so sorry! Why were you sneaking up on me?!"

"I was going to ask you if you can't find any cab." He says getting up. "Well obviously I can't, there's no taxi's this time of the day."

"So, will you accept my offer and drive you home?" He asked. "Fine." I said and followed him through the parking lot.

"Sorry for being so desperate on driving you home, I just want to make sure you go home safe..." He says. He opened my side of the door, "Thanks." I said and got inside. He started the engine and we drove off.

After minutes of driving around, I got home safe. "Thanks. Again." I said, i was still in the car. "No problem... I just don't want to give up on you...like you did with me..." He muttered some words that I couldn't understand. "What?" I asked. "What? Nothing, um see you tomorrow." He said and gave me a smile. "Um, yeah sure. Bye." I finally said and went out of the car

I went inside of my apartment building but I was stopped by a voice. "Annabeth wait!" I turn around and saw Percy coming out of his car. "What?!" I said really irritated. He kept yelling my name. GODS!

"Sorry, um. I was wondering if you would like to go to watch a movie sometimes," He said, I was a bit shock that he just asked me out, so I quickly answered, "Oh Percy, um. I'm really busy right now and I think I'm not ready to go out with you -" I was cut off because he was snickering. "Why?!" I ask. "Nothing, it's just, I wasn't done with my sentence. I was going to say that you, me, Caroline, and Jake will go out to the movies." He said finally finishing sentence. My face went red.

"Ow um...sorry I thought you were going to - um, b-bye!!" I said and ran to the elevator when I heard the ding. I made a last glance at Percy and he was leaving, when I entered the elevator I quickly smacked my head over and over again, and kept repeating the word stupid. But just then I realize I wasn't the only person in the elevator.

He coughed. He looked at me weirdly like I was a maniac or something. I stood straight and act casual, even though it was too late. He was still looking at me weirdly so I said, "What?!" the elevator opened and he ran out scared. I laughed.

As I entered my flat, I quickly flopped into bed and stared at the ceiling, what have I done?

When that was done I stood up and went to the bathroom to clean myself, I change into some old shirt and an oversized sweater with the word 'LAKERS' on it. I got it from my dad, some jeans and my converse. I put my hair into a high pony tail and wore my favorite owl earings.

I put on some powder and lip gloss because my lips were kind of dry, I grab my bag. I hailed a cab and I arrived at the set quite early. Caroline was there and so was Jake. I decided to go first in my dressing room and put my bag there. After that i sat with Caroline at the table near the cameras. "Hey, you look horrible. No offense." She said while looking at me. Surely I do, I kept awake last night repeating what just had happened when I assumed that Percy was asking me out.

I bet I looked like a desperate, assuming, dork back then. "Yeah well, I was just tired. That's all." I replied, and then Jake joined us. "Hey girls. Have you seen Perce?" He asked. "Obviously not. You two are so close now..." Caroline said. I just sat there not saying anything while they were bickering about how cool Percy is and how hot and handsome he is. I rolled my eyes and went to the table filled with foods and drinks for the cast and crew.

I grabbed some bread with nuttela (A/N: YUM MY FAVES!!) and milk. I was pouring my milk when someone bumped my elbow and I poured the milk on my shirt. Shoot.

"For Zeus sake! Why are you hitting on me karma?! Hit Percy! He's the one who should be punished!" I yelled not even bothering the guy or girl who just bumped in to me. "What did I do?" A voice said. I turn around and saw Percy holding a cup. I guess it was coffee because it was poured all over his sea-green shirt. My jaw drop. "Oh my gods, Percy! I'm so sorry!" I said while grabbing some napkins and wipe his shirt, which may I say was quite fitted in his body which I can feel his now 8 pack abs. Gods...this was awkward for the both of us.

"Um.......Not your fault." He said grabbing my hand while I was wiping his shirt. I looked at our hands and I still felt that warm tingly feeling when our bodies touch. I pulled it away and glance up to Percy who was staring at me.

"Eh-ehem..." A voice said behind us.

Caroline and Jake were standing there with the knowing look.

"Ow - did we disturb your little moment there? Guess not. Well we have to shoot some scenes and seems like you guys already shoot some." Caroline said. While Jake was obviously hiding a laugh, but failed. The both of them has their smirks and I rolled my eyes. "Um, okay. I'll just change my shirt." I said and left the three of them there. Jake nudging Percy's shoulder.

Godsdamit. Why do he have to be so darn cute?!

Keep it cool Annabeth, keep it cool.

Well, I'm happy to say that my mom's in good condition right now. But still hoping that she'll get better anytime soon.

I had some writers block so I kept on writing some scenes that fit so here it is. Hope it's not that cheesy or anything.

So school will be starting on June 8, and it totally sucks. I'm not ready!! My parents has some rules so I hope you guys understand.

First I can't use any gadgets at home till Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Only on Friday's and Saturday's.

So I wish you can wait for 5 days until I can update. But I bet when I update on Friday or Saturday, there will be a lot of chapter.
